Most if not all wares here are reasonably and affordably priced. It's great that they don't limit their customers to wholesales or restaurant supply, because a cooking novice like me can buy specialized kitchen tools at a fraction of the cost the same day I need it. I've gotten a myriad of things here from tempura spoons, wine glasses, frying splatter screens, all all the random stuff you can think of. I would say that this supply store has increased my quality of life in the most subtle ways! I will continue to find excuses to come visit to see if anything is new. The staff here are helpful. Most of them don't have the most outwardly friendly vibe but they will help you (kind of like when you ask your sibling to do something for you and while they'll give you some resistance, they'll still do it out of care). Regardless, solid place. Definitely stop by if you don't care about the more high-end, fancy kitchenware at those more high-tier homeware stores...I'm looking at you Crate and Barrel. When I first met Molly it was our first meeting to design our wedding "Save The Dates." She was super cheerful among introduction and she and I just clicked. She had such a wonderful energy and presence about her. I gave her an idea of what I wanted our "Save the Dates" to look like and she created a design that truly blew my fiancé and I away. She was able to stick with our original idea but enhanced it for a visually stunning effect. (She knows her stuff!) I cannot tell you how many compliments I received from our guests about them. Fast forward to our wedding invitations. My fiancé and I wanted something SUPER modern and chic. We also wanted an original design that would WOW our guests and be the first look into our wedding. Knew that there were lots of kitchen supply stores in and around LES. So wandered around seeing if stores had the doughnut cutter. Got referred to this place by another store. It was busy and I was able to find the doughnut cutter easily in their well organized shelves. Easy fast transaction with the friendly staff and will definitely be back instead of buying something on Amazon!

I didn't need much interaction with staff, but I was able to find one staff member who was very helpful pointing me in the right direction for what I needed and finding the cover to the container I was going to buy. I was in and out quickly on a Saturday afternoon so I'd say if you know what you want and are ok with a little less than 5 star service for the price,.. you should be ok.
