Red Rooster is a Vegas classic - old-school and in an old rancher home. It ain't pretty and it ain't classy. Its dated, the playrooms feel like you're in Aunt Phyllis' guest room, and cleanliness can vary depending on the night. Went to their Back To School party August 2024. Bigger crowd due to theme party. Better time than last year but that was due to being in right place at right time. Went as a single male , so I had zero expectations for the evening . Club should try to put their theme party schedule out earlier in the year to assist those that live out of state and would like to plan their visit. read more

There's nothing wrong with the actual location. It has plenty of space, some amenities, etc and it's a fair price to get in. The clientele however leaves a lot to be desired. My lady and I went and were basically outcasts because 90% were locals who all knew each other and only wanted to hang out with each other, drink, dance, and have no interest in meeting new people. I overheard one of the regulars say, "There's only 3 new people here tonight." Confirming my suspicions that this a locals-centric place. Also they have stupid rules, like couples only upstairs and you HAVE to undress completely outside a hallway before you can go to private room. Makes no sense and is a hassle. Time limits on the rooms too. Real killjoys to having fun. Worst of all were the prowlers. There was a CONSTANT flow of single guys walking past the empty sex room looking in to see if there is anything they can watch. It was sad and pathetic. Then when a couple did decide to go in, you'd think they just had a GD train wreck in there! A mob formed outside, oogeling the action, craning their necks to see over the crowd in front of them just to get a glimpse of some action. Extremely pathetic and off putting. Lame people. My wife and I went for our first time on a whim, ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Very chill vibe, no creepy men just vulturing around. The crowd is definitely mixed lots of 40-50s but extremely accommodating to younger and older crowds. The bartenders were very friendly and happy to pour the alcohol you bring in. The quiet area next to the pool is a nice recouping area to relax. Lots of rooms for fun, very clean and comfortable. We went Aug 3rd. Arrived around 10 pm. Place was over half full. Lots of people setting around, conversation mostly. Dance floor had some people on it. Big mix of people of ages and ethnicity. Age 21 to 80 in the house! We went into the room with all the beds. Wife was hoping for a gang bang but that didn't happen. At that time only one other couple in there with us. Some guys watching and not doing anything, was kind of a let down. But did hear later like 1 30 am ish that it picked up. A couple of guys following people around ,they were the only sketchy part of the night. We went up to the couple s only floor. Lots of people setting around chatting, two couples we openly playing out there. We went into the rooms where you have to be naked!! Now that's when things picked up! OMG!!! I have been coming here since 2006 and I must say it is a stone cold blast. A true club environment of theme nights, food, and decent rooms. The staff is awesome and the DJ may be a bit cheesy and top 40 commercial but you are not here for that so he serves his purpose. On popular nights it can get suuuuuuuper crowded but so can any other night club. Just come early and leave before the crowd starts then take your party private. You don't have to be "in the lifestyle" to have a great time at the Red Rooster. Bring your own booze and check it in with the bartender. Make sure to tip, but other than that, you don't need anything to drink to your heart's content. They provide mixers and the gals at the bar are super nice. It's generally clean, though I feel like the pool area is questionable. Even with very heavy use, they keep the bathrooms top notch. They have lockers if you'd like to change or disrobe. You can bring your own lock or borrow one for a $10 deposit (get it back when you give back the lock). There are private rooms, couples only areas, a group play room, dance floor, pool tables and a VERY wide variety of people. It's a little annoying how the single guys tend to pounce as soon as anything starts going down - very little by way of boundaries. There are rules in place but they could do more to enforce them (no cell phones, enthusiastic consent, etc). I'm not a swinger by any means but it's fun to go here like any other club, but more "normal" people, much cheaper since it's BYOB and you can be a little more out there without feeling like a creep. I would definitely recommend coming with a group - strength in numbers and all. :) At the time of posting, it's $10 for single females, $60 for single men, or $40 for couples. My wife is smoking hot at age 54. Looks like a 25 year old. We first went on a Thursday. Very slow and not impressed. Very few couples and lots of unattractive men on that particular night. We returned on Friday and found the crowd to be larger. On Thursday we kept having a young guy following us around trying to make respectful conversation with my wife. We both kept avoiding him though. So on Friday guess who we see again. He immediately came over and once again tried to engage in conversation with my wife. We were visiting from out of town. We've been to lifestyle clubs before, so this wasn't our first rodeo. However, this was our first TERRIBLE experience! The place itself was a bit dated, kinda dingy, the pool/hot tub area looked very sketchy and smelled terrible. Furthermore I don't think the AC was working well, and it being in the 110's in Vegas, it wasn't comfortable. Their one big orgy room looked cool, but no one was utilizing other than just one other couple. They were in there having sex and literally like 8 or 9 single dudes were standing around them, like literally hovering over them, and laying directly next to them watching with their d**** out in their hands. Sooo all up in their business. They didn't seem to mind, but that made us super uncomfortable and not wanting to do anything in that room cuz we knew the same thing would happen to us So we decided we wanted to just go to a private room us two and the rule is if the door is closed you leave it that way..well before we could even close the door behind us we had people piling in behind us to watch us...super awkward. We had to tell them to leave and we told the security guard we wanted the door closed. Well, not only did he not listen to us, he himself opened the door again and stood there watching us (while holding a flog!). My husband got up and closed the door and said again we wanted it closed. I kid you not, not even a minute later another group of people opened the door, poked their heads in and asked if they could come in and watch or join. We literally yelled and said NO and we wanted the door closed! At that point we agreed we were done, so we got dressed and ditched. The main rule in these places is NO MEANS NO! This rule was not being upheld at all! We would have told the owner about this on our way out, but when we were leaving she left us with a very judging look, so we didn't even bother. We have forewarned our other friends in this lifestyle that when they visit Vegas to steer clear of Red Rooster. Will NOT be visiting ever again. read more

Ok, so here is my review, I was just at Red Rooster on Saturday March 7, 2018. I'll give the pros and cons of the experience I had and of what I wanted. Of the reviews I've seen, they talk about how old the place looks and the settings on the inside, yes it is true it's a little outdated, but not that far out and frankly I'm worried about vibe of the place not too much into aesthetics. I will say we had a little show with 3 random couples and a nice lady in the pool area out of all of that 3 couples went upstairs and had more (playtime). It took a little to warm up to this at first, because most of us were new,except for lady and 1 couple. It completely was what I was thinking about, a little nervous but we all looked out for each other and made for a great no, no, epic night at our hotel room once the party was over at 3:00AM Pros: Great vibe, good music from DJ, pretty much everyone was friendly, DIVERSITY, was great, again DIVERSITY was great no matter what your sexual preference was just ask and communicate you'll know what was liked. (side note: There actually was a girl who just wanted to be spanked by everyone lol whattttttt). Bartender was very nice (byob) but I made sure I tipped very well. Place was clean, attendants were there to help with any questions, lockers, everything intact, parking was great no problems there. Dance floor was big enough. Cons: Some in the pool area don't understand that if your not invited that means ask just don't touch, newbies don't expect to be groped when they are a little nervous to start, and don't include yourself in someone else's conversation when it's obvious they are not super comfortable, "yes I get it" it's a pool everyone's nude, but slow ya roll, I can be the best wingman ever, even if I don't know you, but give me and the couple that I just met some time, then magic can work. New beds might be needed at this point, and for a donation at the door maybe lube can be supplied in the rooms upstairs, I brought my own but with the amount of stuff I had plus drinks, I would've need a duffle bag. Some games from DJ would have been great to get everyone participating, Bottom line is DOLLAR for DOLLAR this place is Lit, bomb, happening, Bueno, whatever generational word you want to use, my wive and 2 couples that we met left happy and satisfied and I lasted the whole night. We had such a great time at the Red Rooster in Vegas that it made us create a Yelp account to tell you about it. We showed up at about 9:00 on Saturday night. It was fairly busy, with about 25 other couples, and a handful of single men when we arrived. It was a shy, high school crowed feel - with few of the couples mingling and most of us sitting and just observing the surroundings. Most of the people were older 55+ types, and the majority were NOT Ken and Barbi - we actually felt a little bad for the 2 or 3 couples who were younger and cuter! (keep reading though). Downstairs, we sat at the tables and observed, hung out at the enclosed pool and hot tub area a bit, checked out the orgi room, and refilled our drinks, and checked things out upstairs in the "couples only" area! We made that loop about three times, and by the third time (about 10:00) it had really picked up downstairs. Their were many more people, many more singles, and the crowed was getting younger and cuter! On our third trip up to the couples area, there were also people starting to go into the "nude only" area - so we decided to go back there. In Nude Only - there was a steady flow of very active and fun couples coming through. Not much swapping once you were in there, but plenty of "activity"! There's 2 rooms, with 3 beds in each room and most beds were continuously in use for the hour and a half we were there. This area is worth the 5 stars alone for us! When we came back downstairs, after 12:00 - the crowed had shifted A LOT! Average age was probably 35, and they all looked really cute to us! As we are older however, and had gotten plenty of our play in, we decided it was time to let the kids have their fun and left. read more

Okay so this place was my first time being to one of these clubs. My girlfriend and I are pretty adventurous and she had mentioned this place before and had wanted to go again because she had a great time. When we got here we were sorely disappointed. The man at the front door was very nice but the club was pretty dreary (definitely in need of a new coat of paint). At 11pm on a friday night the club was still pretty empty with maybe 30 people at most. The biggest con to this place is how outdated it is. Yes it's for an older clientele which my girlfriend and I fit but still. The videos playing were from the 80s and the lighting was just drab. The club isn't all bad in fact everyone is pretty nice and you can find what you are looking for. Honestly this place wasn't terrible but my girlfriend and I probably won't be back. What the Red Rooster definitely needs is an updating. It needs a new coat of paint, new maybe themed rooms, and some new lighting fixtures and it would be amazing. So went to the rooster for the very 2nd time just to check it out and see what was going on. We didn't really have a plan but we bought some gin to take with us and figure we would take in the show. Very down-to-earth crowd forties and fifties little younger and a few that were older. Definitely no pretension at all in that place, so if you're hung up on looks and she embodies this may not be the club for you although I did see a few really attractive people they're having a good time. We met an awesome couple With a really smokin hot blonde wife who came over and spoke to us and made us feel welcome. We were getting along really well and they invited us upstairs, of course there were no rooms available so we found a place downstairs quickly discussed our boundaries which they were cool with and we had that up having a really fantastic time together. The best time was when the girls got together on the dance floor and we have to go find a Room because things were getting out of hand. Tonight was our second night attending. We came once a few years ago and had a great time, so we invited some friends to come with us and tried again tonight. While my friends and I were sitting by the dance floor, we were approached by a volunteer, Gary. Gary tried to strike up a conversation and my friends told him they were not interested in talking. My friends told him multiple times they were not interested in talking, and turned their bodies away from him. Gary persisted in trying to talk to us. Me and my husband asked him to leave, and repeated several more times that we were not interested in talking. He asked if we "knew what kind of place this was". We said yes, we just don't want to talk. He got offended and said "wooooooow, I see how it is" and continued to try to talk to us until finally my husband convinced him to leave. One of Red Rooster's mantras is supposed to be "no means no", so I was surprised and disappointed that our very clear "no"s were not listened to over and over again. I went over to the female bartender and informed her of the situation and she took it very seriously, which I appreciated. She grabbed the bouncer and asked him to listen. The bouncer said he would talk to Gary and let him know his behavior was inappropriate, but the bouncer also said that he was sure Gary was "just joking around" and "probably didn't mean it like that". They let it slip that this was not the first time they had heard these complaints about Gary. I appreciated he said he would address it, but I was put off by the attempts to defend this awful behavior. We checked out the upstairs couples-only section on our way out, and while we were up there, we were informed a couple is a man/woman pairing only, and our lesbian friends would have to wait downstairs. LGBTGI rights are extremely important to us so it was very disappointing to be told our lesbian friends were not considered a couple. Between this and the rapey volunteer who can't take no for an answer, we will not be back. read more

My wife and I checked this place out Friday and Saturday (7/19 & 7/20). First it is about 30min drive from the strip. Much farther than we expected. Lyft was around $15. It is in a residential area and obviously a converted house. Walking in the guy taking money was very friendly and welcoming, but that ended as soon as you get to the bar. Both ladies were extremely rude. My wife and I both tried to be extra friendly and appreciative every time we got a drink, but never got a smile and the most we got was "your name"? When we asked. I even tried giving a very undeserving tip to see if that would do it. Nope! The house is sooo outdated! The dance floor room was okish, but other rooms felt like a sleezy 70's dining hall. Even a coat of paint would do this place good. Everything is extra! Towel? Extra. Lock? Extra. Condom? Extra. This is the first place we have ever gone where condoms weren't provided! Ridiculous. There is staff everywhere and you have to be assigned a room, which is awkward to say the least. Clientele was all over the board. We were able to get what we needed, but there is a wide range of people. Most were older for sure. Glad we checked it out, but will go elsewhere if we are back in town. read more

Don't spend your money to get in here! My husband and I went on a Saturday night as soon as we flew into Las Vegas. It needs updated so bad we thought we were in a bad episode of the Cosby's. The crowd is definitely older. The rooms are NOT clean and make you feel like you're going to catch something just standing there. There were too many creepy single men lurking.
