Repeat customer here! And I will keep coming back. Once again, we had an amazing bachelorette party experience. This time it was super last minute, but Bri and Kathy helped us get a party bus and club entry booked within minutes. The party bus was clean, and arrived on time at our airbnb near DT Las Vegas - we hooked up my phone via Bluetooth and were able to dance to all our 90s faves. We had a couple stops- both Vegas signs and a quick champagne+bathroom stop. We got dropped at the Bellagio- checked out the gardens and then walked over to the Cosmo to get to Marquee. We hopped in the guest list line, I told her we were with Vegas Girls Night out (and my name) and they let us all right in (with an hour of open bar!!!). Booked for a 13-person bachelorette and it was an amazing experience!! We booked a private party bus strip-tour, Thunder Down Under, Drag Brunch and a prix fixe menu at Tao. Everything was seamless- I worked with Kaitlyn and she was great! The strip tour was super fun- champagne and waters provided, the driver Jeff was super nice and patient. Thunder Down Under was fun, Drag Brunch was amazing- open bar and the show itself is hilarious and high energy! The prix fixe dinner at TAO was so worth it! So much delicious food, family style, for only ~$100/person. Came with free entry to TAO nightclub and open bar for the girls for a bit. Such a deal! 10/10, highly recommend for bachelorette or girls trips. Made everything so easy and was really well priced for everything that was included! I was thoroughly impressed with VGNO! Planning & organization are pretty easy for me but I had a group of 15 for a bachelorette party & am not familiar with the latest in Vegas. The costumer service was wonderful. Very friendly & always quick to respond by phone or text. We did dinner at Diablo's, Beauty & Essex, went to Thunder Down Under & Marquee & had multiple party bus rides. All of it worked out perfectly. We had no issues or waits getting in & everyone had a great time the whole weekend. Their rates are very reasonable for what you get. DO NOT BOOK ANY CLUB PACKAGES THROUGH THEIR COMPANY, ITS A SCAM!!!! We booked their "VIP" party club hopper package only to be told that we could not get into the club. I showed our confirmation email at the door and provided the name of our point of contact, Emer, as instructed, only to be told that they could not honor our vip pass and that they have never even heard of this company or the name Emer. Long story short, after waiting an hour with no contact from the company, the lady at the front door was nice enough to let us in so that the brides bachelorette wouldn't be completely ruined. My recommendation is find a promoter in Vegas while you're there and they'll get you in free and just go directly through a limo company, it is way cheaper. We booked a limo the next day for 1 hour for only $100. They drive around everywhere and you can just flag them down. You don't need this company because they are useless. This may be long so bear with me. I have videos of our 0 star experience but unfortunately yelp won't let me post video so I took screenshots. Tldr: limo late, no AC, no champagne, bride got sick, no refund. We just used this service last Friday July 9 2021. We booked a service for a limo ride around the strip with 2 buckets of champagne and tickets to thunder down under for 8 girls for a bachelorette party. Bride had never been to Vegas so we were excited to start the weekend with this fun little booking. The limo service was 20 minutes late to pick us up. We had made sure to be ready 10 minutes early so we ended up waiting for about 30 minutes total in blistering 115°f heat. When the driver arrived it really hit the fan. The limo AC was completely non-functional. Our bride immediately wanted to get out because it was so miserably hot. At this point she started to get sick from the heat. The driver claimed we had to start driving to get the AC working but as we drove it was just blasting hot air in our faces. We had short dresses on leather seats. The hot air blowing from the vents was so awful that we tried rolling the windows down but I'm not sure which was worse. He kept saying that we needed to drive more to get the AC working but it never cooled down and we couldn't handle the drive. We had to get off at our venue early because it was so ridiculously hot and miserable. I am not sure how, especially with the driver being late, the AC had not been running and ready for us when we were picked up. There also was no champagne as promised with the booking and price paid. So please imagine how upset bride was to be dealing with this when this was her first impression of Vegas. The booking had told us to bring our own glasses due to covid, so we made special glasses for this limo trip to be surprised with no champagne at all. The driver told us he would take us to the liquor store to buy alcohol. I am sorry, but that is the trashiest sounding experience ever; it also cuts into our booked time that we purchased. I can't imagine how doltish we would look rolling up to a Vegas liquor store to buy alcohol instead of the classy experience we were anticipating. Plus with the bride being so sick from the heat, she just wanted out of the limo for good. We asked him to drop us off at our venue for thunder down under and our poor bride, wearing white, had a large sweat stain down her dress. She got so sick from the heat that she threw up in the Excalibur bathroom and wanted to go home. We were able to convince her to try the show but she was so sick she couldn't enjoy the rest of the evening. We spent a while cooling down and used the time to try to get in touch with the company for a refund or resolution. To our surprise yet again, they would not issue a reasonable refund for the limo. They stated through text that they would give us a $145 refund when we paid $1200 for this experience. We called Friday and left a message and the company has not reached out to us outside of the text. I did research on the limo prices and thunder prices separately and we should be entitled to a much more respectable refund than one ticket price for 8 girls going through such a bad experience. Initially we didn't fault the Vegas Girls Night Out company for the limo company since the limo is a contracted third party service, but the lack of customer service on VGNOs behalf has us currently feeling otherwise. We ended up going to the Thunder show so we didn't expect a full refund, but VGNO lack of customer service to the unique situation brings me to this review. Because of this, I would not suggest this company to anyone. I would suggest booking a limo and tickets independently of one another instead. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but this experience is was amazing, it's worth the praise. By far the best way to celebrate a bachelorette party or any excuse to party in Vegas. We just celebrated a bachelorette party (5 girls, first time in Vegas) and everything was perfect from the booking, table service, thunder from down under and limo experience. They are so accommodating and professional. We didn't have to wait on any lines and we were treated WELL at every bar. We went to Hyde, Marquee, and XS Las Vegas night swim. The open bar itself makes it well worth every penny. Thunder was my favorite part--we got VIP seating, they danced on our table and we were pet of the action. Our bride-to-be was pulled on stage and we had our pictures taken with the dancers(again, skipping the line). Highly recommend this to anyone. Would gladly do it again. read more

Where do I even start? I bought a few club hoppers with my friends and it was honestly the worst purchase of our vegas trip. The club promoters didn't even answer when we texted AND called them. I was at one of the day clubs 30 minutes before their time cutoff but I kept being sent to the end of a really long line. When we got to the front, they said we were late by 10 minutes. We couldn't get in for free because the security guards weren't letting anyone in until 2 which is the cutoff time to get in with the club pass. There was another time where we were there 2 hours before the cutoff time and the same thing happened. They weren't letting anyone in until the cutoff time and none of the promoters answered. You have a better chance at getting in for free by simply finding a promoter on the strip that will provide FREE entrance, bottle service, and a booth. read more

Jill was so great and so helpful in helping me set up a custom package for an entire day's activities. We were able to take a private Pole-dancing class, enjoyed dinner at Giada, had preferred seats for the Thunder From Down Under Show, and got entry passes for various nightclubs. Everything went without a hitch and all we had to do was show up at the advised time. Jill even dropped off our show tickets at our hotel AND came over and introduced herself after the show. I had no idea how beneficial the club passes would be until you find out that everything in Vegas costs a premium. What an awesome night. Couldn't have asked for a better experience on the strip. We started out at the Bellagio for Thunder from down under, which was a great time. Then got into the limo with Michele who provided us with complimentary champagne and drove us wherever we wanted to go including the Las Vegas sign where she helped us get professional photos taken. We then went back to the Bellagio where we went to the club Hyde and got free drink tickets and danced. We had access to free drinks at three clubs but had so much fun at the first one that at we never even made it to the other two. I've been to Vegas many times but this time with the help of Girls Night Out we felt like celebrities. I purchased 14 tickets to thunder from down under which yeah it was fun, with different choices of nightclubs so we ended up walking to hakkassan at the MGM which by the way has the worst bouncers, we get there n showed them what I paid for n because it was not "tours night" they did not let us in even though we had already paid for the tickets with this company, which the agency did not mentioned anything about being "tour night" only...
