This business always has all the popular alcohol beverages as well as a large selection of local wines. Plenty of snacks and non alcoholic beverages as well. The prices are comparable w local similar businesses and they have a lottery machine for convenience. This place stays busy and the staff is friendly. Only downfall can be parking due to attached businesses having a large amount of customers competing for the limited parking spaces. Patience is a virtue and it always works out.

It has a large selection of spirits and wine. They also carry a lot of local distilled spirits and brewed beverages. There was a gentleman working with two ladies at the tasting area and I happened to walk by and pay attention to what was being said and the wine. The gentleman asked if Id like to join in or need help. I joined in and was filled with wine knowledge and yes purchased a dry wine that was not dry to my pallet. I do not like dry wines but this day I walked out with two bottles, The friendly and knowledge gentleman had a very upbeat and happiness to him and provided exceptional customer service. Check them out if in need of some spirits or cant find some local made beverages as they may have what you are looking for.

You'll be navigating the aisles to find what you want. Also, I did notice that the prices are higher than I'm used to paying. I wanted a bottle of Jam Jar wine, found it, and grimaced at the price. A lot, A LOT, of undesirable people loiter outside this liquor store and up and down Washington Blvd in the general area. Folks who feel easily threatened or intimidated should not try to go here. That said, despite the less than flattering exterior of Washington Bar Liquors and the unwashed masses of the folks hanging around outside, the inside is quite large, clean, and the store offers a good variety of liquor, wine, and beer. There are rows of wines past the register. The liquor is behind the register. The other side of the store is all refrigerators. There is one small fridge housing wines, the rest are mostly beer with juices and sodas scattered throughout. The staff mostly stays behind the register area, but whoever is working is always friendly and helpful to me. There is no parking lot, it's all street parking, but I never have an issue getting a spot close to the store. I don't commonly stop at this liquor store, but sometimes it's necessary. The people outside never bother me, but I can see how they're a deterrent to the average shopper. But once you're inside the store, it's a pretty gravy experience.
