It was 110 degrees outside and 82 inside. After 3 more call outs they replaced the unit (Carrier) with a new one. Just two days ago our heater went out. After a service call the technician came two days later. Our house chilled to 63 degrees and it was 32 degrees outside. The tech said we needed a part that was in Idaho so we would have to wait a couple more days, double up on blankets, and freeze our ----- off. I would seriously go to someone else as this area has a ton of competitors!

The owner doesn't communicate with Alan and his attention to detail is lacking. They will bill you for work they didn't do and charge you for items they didn't install. They will change the estimate after it's been signed and change the price on things to increase their profit. Again, the attention to detail on billing and estimate is very very poor which makes you wonder is their attention to detail with installation is just as poor. I'd give them a zero rating!
