He did an incredible job in only a few hours, installed a needed second strap (per code) and also installed a pan under the hot water heater, which the original one did not have, hooked up a new expansion tank, and hooked up the recirc hardware I have so we can get hot water instantly; and they did it all for less than I expected to pay Also, along with the standard six year hot water heater warranty from Rheem, Dino included a matching six year warranty on labor if needed. My contractor hired Integrity Heating and Air to move an existing mini-split. They completed the…read morejob and everything seemed O until the first time I turned the unit on a few weeks later. It came back with an F0 error meaning low refrigerant. My contractor contacted Robert and he was supposed to come out several days later on Saturday. He was a no show and did not communicate with us at all that day. Supposedly Robert is working out of town and can only do work on Saturday's. Unfortunately we were out of town the next Saturday so it was scheduled for the following weekend (three weeks after the problem was reported). He showed up an hour late, spent 15 minutes and stated that he needed some things and that he'd be back that afternoon. I checked at 3PM and he said 4pm. He never showed up again and two days later has yet to contact me or the contractor to give us any update. At this point, it feels like Robert is not going to fix the leak and my contractor has already paid him. Very strange to be treated like this from a company with "Integrity" in their name. I had another HVAC company come out. Turns out there was more wrong with the install than just a leak. Inside unit was screwed into drywall only - no studs and it was already loose. 2 feet of the lines inside the wall had no insulation and the condensation would have caused water damage in the wall. And the worse part is the condensation line wasn't actually connected to the unit. Good thing I didn't have him come out to "fix" the leak because we would have had a lot of other issues down the road. If you're looking for someone that is only available on Saturday's, and doesn't prioritize service calls on problems that he is responsible for, go ahead and hire them. Otherwise steer well clear of them.
