Replace the combo breaker & fuse box with a proper service panel 2. Rewire the lower level garage inside lighting, replacing the switches and power outlets with new hardware 3. Install a second light switch on the lower level for the flood lights outside the garage. 4. Replace a 4-way light switch in the house with an in-the-wall programmable timer.
