I sent him a message to ask if he schedules appointments or could give a window to expect his arrival, but as before, no response to my message. I honestly cannot say whether his work is good, but I can say the way he operates is not conducive to getting things done in a way that most customers are accustomed to. Without consistent communication or setting up times for service, it was neay impossible to accomplish working with him. When bill was produced the 135 per hour charge turned out to be 270 dollars as the second guy replaced the light switch. This was in addition to the dispatch fee of 50 dollars.
