I got a call back within 5 minutes, and was offered an afternoon appointment or first thing in the morning.  The service was excellent. Ethan, was very polite and professional, and quick. He handled 3 of my locks in 20 minutes, including installing a new one, and the pricing was affordable. He made me 2 extra keys for the new locks I had installed, and he tested them both in all 3 locks to make sure they were a fit. I locked myself out of my house! I called the top 2 companies on the Yelp list, but neither answered the phone after several attempts and there was no voicemail for me to leave a message. I called AA Locksmith and someone answered the phone immediately, took my information and said someone would call ASAP. Ethan called me within 5 minutes to get my info and was at my house within 20 minutes. He replaced my lock in 30 minutes and I was on my way to work. Great service! I had just gotten back from a weeks long vacation on Sunday afternoon and realized I did not have my apartment key. Being that it was Sunday, most places near me were closed. Our car key wasn't working this morning, but luckily we have a second car and took it into work. On our drive, we called Ethan and he immediately answered and set an appointment at our convenience. This is the second time that we've used AA Locksmith Pittsburgh. This experience mirrored our first experience in that we were very pleased with Ethan's responsiveness and expertise. However, I would strongly advise getting a ballpark quote in advance of the appointment so that you're prepared for the invoice total. I didn't do this and was quite shocked at the cost.
