The next day I received an email stating that my paint was ready to pick up; however, when I arrived, the paint had not yet been made, and I would have to wait. The same surly clerk told me that they don't pre-make gallons of paint because "so many customers" never pick up their paints and that costs SW money. This was despite the fact that -- as she told me to do -- I had already paid for the paint. No apology from her... only obstinate indifference. I will never buy SW paint from here again.

They even help you pick one that works perfect for your room and lighting! They also sell anything and everything to do with painting! From regular brushes, to the rollers, and everything in between. They have it all. Need painting masks, gloves, industrial painting equipment? They got it! When we went there to paint our kids room, Chris helped us out with picking the perfect color. Not only did he have the drainpipe part I needed, he even took the time to cut it to size based on the old piece I brought with me. I still showed up to pick up the three remaining items. I should've known something was off when the store didn't actually have a curbside pick up area. I pulled into a parking spot and call the store as directed in my order confirmation email. Not only was I told there is no such thing as curbside pick up, they would not cancel my order unless I came into the store. Two weeks later I am still fighting to get the card charges reversed. I did go to Home Depot later that day and got my entire order for $24 less and picked up in a clearly marked and well lit curbside area. Ace is the place - where you don't want to go.
