Finally, woman behind the desk told me she had appointments booked all day and this was the only time she could eat her lunch before another appointment was coming in. 1st lesson, even though there is no sign on the door or "appointments necessary that I saw on the website, now I truly know better! When I told her I had the product information she told me she didn't even know the name of that manufacturer, even though Westfield Tile is clearly mentioned as the local for me premier dealer on that manufacturers' web site. Continued to chow down on the lunch as I stood there admiring the "absolute fantastic" customer service. BTW, she handed me her business card and told me to send her an email with the information. Because the choices are infinite, choosing tile for a kitchen or bath project is daunting. Unless you are a professional designer, the options are bewildering. I went to six local tile stores when remodeling my kitchen, and Westfield Tile and Marble was the only shop that offered me any useful guidance. I enjoyed working with Zabrina, who, besides being intimately familiar with all of their products and extremely creative, seemed to have an intuitive ability to understand what I would like. She was very patient and enthusiastic during the confusing (for me) process of selecting the right floor and backsplash materials. Did a master bathroom (spent over $8k on tile) and wanted to support a local business so went to Westfield Tile. They ordered the wrong amount of tile and suddenly would not return our phone calls to avoid having to take it back. I even drove the tile to their store and they said they were busy with customers and couldn't process and they would call me later. Never got that call... We will never order from them again and now they missed out on our neighbors $10k job after we warned them of our experience. read more

Wow! I'm thrilled with my new bathroom! I highly recommend Westfield Tile & Marble. They have an amazing selection, and their awesome staff made the entire process a breeze-- from design and tile selection, to installation and even clean up afterward. We went to Westfield Tile and Marble looking for a new kitchen floor, countertop and backsplash. Thanks to the expert design services and high quality demo/installation services also offered through the store, we now have a beautiful kitchen we absolutely love. Everyone we dealt with was professional and talented. It's a busy place so you have to make your appointments, but they know what they are doing and I couldn't be happier with the results. Great experience! They have really lovely products for a variety of budgets and are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. All of the ladies are very nice and helpful; Zabrina especially! She's a talented designer and really knows her stuff. I worked with her on several projects and was never disappointed. Tile shopping at Westfield Tile and Marble was a catch-22. The place is a mess, it's almost impossible to get any ideas for your home project and there are no prices on any of the products. We were working under a budget and spent several hours with a designer. Each time she would run around the small store and find a tile, we would ask her about price since we weren't looking to blow all our budget on a single tile, and we wouldn't get a straight answer. That of course was until we received an estimate ($6500 for a small bathroom, tile halfway up the wall), at that point the price was so outside of what we were looking for that we felt as if we wasted all those hours. We will never purchase tile from here and we advise our friends who are also going through their own renovations to avoid this place as well, there's better stores out there! read more

They don't just sell tile, they help you with design and offer a multitude of choices in every price range. Behind the nice selection, fancy address, and alleged "designer," is a store with great disappointment and unprofessionalism. To save time, it's everything to NOT do in a business. From not returning calls to getting orders completely wrong. When the work is done, they leave behind a mess and apparently pay no attention to detail. If these things don't matter to you when you're dropping at least a few grand, then they are the place to call! Looking for a more professional business, just go down the road to the other tile places. you'll be much more satisfied. read more

I wanted to support a local business so I went there for my fireplace rehab. They have a great selection of tile. I ultimately selected marble and decided to have it fabricated rather than go with smaller tiles. Though Westfield Tile and Marble processed my order with fabricator and made it seem like they were still in charge, they did not oversee the job at all. It had to be done 3 times before it was done correctly and not once did the store come to see the job themselves. The fabricator they used did not understand the job and did not do it correctly numerous times. Ultimately, the fabricator got it right after I (not Westfield Tile and Marble) spoke with the managers at the fabricator and demanded it be redone to my standards. I will never use them again as they don't see the job through. If you just need tile, you can do as well at better prices on Rt 22. If you are looking for full service, this is not your place. read more
