Great shop with kind people. I ran into issues with a charging port with a disposable and they were able to replace the broken item free of charge. Sold me a defective tank and refuse to swap or refund me. Been back 4 times now and they just keep changing washers and crap. Went in for the first time..this worker was very helpful. Just wish thay had more variety.

Called this place once on Tuesday and asked if they'd be getting the suorin DROP (was specific and made sure of it because there are both DROP and AIR pods) replacement pods in. Told me to call back the next day at 3:00 when they'd get the shipment in. I call at 3:00 and they told me to call back at 3:30 as the shipment wold take 30 minutes to unpack and they'd know then. Made sure to say Suorin DROP and was specific, again to make sure they didn't think I meant the AIR pods. I cal again at 3:30 and the lady, Danny, tells me she still hasn't seen them and is going trough the shipment still but is fairly sure she has the SUORIN DROP PODS like I had said three times now. Not the air, the drop, which is easy enough they sound nothing alike and I've said it three times and have been really clear about the distinction even explaining that I have a suorin drop not a suorin air and I need the drop pods. She tells me to call back in 30 more minutes if I want but that she knows they are in there. I decide that I'll head into the store later that night. Drive 20 Minutes across town to the store, get in and say I'm here to get the suorin DROP pods. Danny, bewilderingly, tells me she has the Suorin AIR PODS. Wtf -_- gotta be kidding me. Don't ever go here, people are obviously incompetent. Wanted $7 each for them too which is $2 more than Vapor Core. Don't waste your time, money, or breath. read more

My boyfriend and I have been going to red star for the last two years that we lived in Greeley we've always been dedicated to them! To the point that even if we're in Denver we make it a point to only go to a Red Star there. We even switched our preferred vape shop from Bear necessities to Red Star because of how wonderful they were. I don't have to mention how much money we've spent with them because anyone who values knows. Unfortunately I recently received a mod that had a manufacture defect $60 in batteries later, we found this out. All the employee could offer was for me to buy a new mod full retail price. Don't get me wrong I'm never opposed to putting money out on my extracurricular activities but the fact that there Was no attempt in compensation or in making the situation better for me as the customer was a complete turn off. Whatever changes have been made in this store recently have given the face of Red Star a bad look. I am still buying a new mod but I will not be doing so at red star nor will I return. read more
