I walked in about a year and a half ago and expected more or less the same as I've always got at other shops. Instead I was greeted with a smile, a welcome and both the owner and manager had more cape knowledge than I had ever come across. I know I am picky but they don't care. They will sit and go through twenty flavors with me trying to help me find the one I want or would like. Never complaining and never caring that I take 15-30 minutes each time. Lastly, the shop is quaint but it's clean, organized, consistently stocked with all of the products they provide and always upbeat. You will never find a dull moment. Take my word for it and stop by. Tell them I sent you and enjoy it! You won't be disappointed!

I went back and talked to the owner and she literally sat and lied to me saying that i got the last one and that they had no more so they wouldn't not be able to replace it nor would they refund it. The exact same piece that they couldn't replace due to the fact that they had no more.... Needles to say this place is a fucking joke.

I proceeded to go and buy a new torch lighter but the woman behind the counter suggested that she have a look at it to see if she could fix it. Well it took almost 5 minutes but she repaired the torch and had the biggest smile on her face. She really loves helping people. I ended up going back there every time I am in the vicinity.
