I walked in about a year and a half ago and expected more or less the same as I've always got at other shops. Instead I was greeted with a smile, a welcome and both the owner and manager had more cape knowledge than I had ever come across. I know I am picky but they don't care. They will sit and go through twenty flavors with me trying to help me find the one I want or would like. Never complaining and never caring that I take 15-30 minutes each time. Lastly, the shop is quaint but it's clean, organized, consistently stocked with all of the products they provide and always upbeat. You will never find a dull moment. Take my word for it and stop by. Tell them I sent you and enjoy it! You won't be disappointed!

A cracked water pipe that I purchased for 90$ as a fathers day gift. As if the crack wasn't back…read moreenough when I got home and unwrapped it I noticed a 75$ sticker on the bottom?? I went back and talked to the owner and she literally sat and lied to me saying that i got the last one and that they had no more so they wouldn't not be able to replace it nor would they refund it. Needless to say i was not very happy, so as I started heading out the door I looked to my left and guess what I saw.... The exact same piece that they couldn't replace due to the fact that they had no more.... Needles to say this place is a fucking joke.
