Disappointed they sold or got bought out. Everything is changed. It used to be only vapes now there's cbd treats all over and bongs. They said zombie killer juice was their top seller which we have been purchasing for atleast the last four years from here and they said they wouldn't stop selling it when they got bought out. But a few months ago they said they were experiencing shortage from the seller.... And now told us they went out of business. Which is currently NOT true. GK vapor lounge sells zombie killer and has their own lab that produces it for them. The 60mL is about 20$ after tax. Zombie killer and zombie chiller and zombie thriller are still available as well. Super disappointed in the lies. We will never return here after this. Glad my money can go to a better business read more

Purchased some coils online. 40 days later still not arrived. I called for weeks sometimes getting someone who say we'll get back to you. Finally they agreed to a refund (89.50$). Still nothing on my end 2 months later. Many emails sent.. many with no replies. Phone calls are useless. Now told my bank that they are a fraud and they are investigating. read more

This will be the second time that I've ever left a one star review on a company. I can tell you one thing for sure owning several of my own companies that if any of my employees treated any of my customers in the way that I was treated when I was at the store they would be fired immediately. If you ever do go here stay away from the guy with huge gauges in his ears. This person apparently does not understand the meaning of respect or customer service. One thing I did notice is that it would seem if you are not chummy chummy with the employees there you did not receive good customer service or any acknowledgment whatsoever. From the time I walked into the store I already knew that it wasn't going to be pleasant. Stood around for about 5 minutes looking at stuff before anyone acknowledged my presence. However a few other people walked in right after I did and they were immediately helped. They obviously we're friends with the employees of this store. In observation a business is no place for friends to be hanging out with employees. It is a place to conduct business not a place to be chummy chummy with your buddies from high school. I have been to several other vape shops and actually this one came as a recommendation because they would probably have something that I needed that the normal shop I go to did not. None of the other shops I've been to treat any of their customers like this shops employees. I would not even recommend people I do not like to the store. This place has a wide selection of products and had everything I needed, except the customer service I had gone in expecting based on other reviews. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and thought that I was about to get some great service, but sadly I was wrong. I felt like I was treated as if I was stupid because I didn't know every single detail about the juices they had on hand. I told them I normally vape 100% VG juices (Velvet Cloud Vapor) and like custard flavors and wanted to see if they had anything similar. The response I got was "There are no 100% VG juices." and that was it. I then stood there for at least a minute in silence until they finally spoke up & recommended a flavor. Maybe it's not a big deal for other people, but amazing customer service and helping a customer in need is something I'd expect from a decent business. Instead, I felt like the odd guy out and like I was dumb & didn't belong there. Checking out went pretty well, but at that point all I cared about was paying and leaving. Sadly, despite having great products, I'm not sure I will return to here. read more

I am weary about vape shops because it all seems great until i get the products to use at home (when i am disappointed). But with Emily's direction and advice, i felt (&still am) secure with my purchases! She explained why my tank was "choking" on the thick juices i chose, and helped me pick a changeable tank to fit my use. She showed me how to make my coil last & also educated me on options IF i choose to change my battery/device. Emily was not pushy to sell- which was a relief. Fantastic customer service, went in as a beginner and the guy working there helped us understand everything. We tried about 10 flavors of juice but they give you the option to try 25 flavors for 99 cents. He even let us try it on his own vape so we could really taste the flavors we liked. He got us the right coils & even changed them for us and showed us how to set everything up. They also have a rewards program so for buying 2 bottles of juice & coils we got enough points to get half off a bottle next time. Not happy, pretty unsanitary store. Example: workers were taking off my personal drip tip with their fingers. Then they place my personal drip tip mouth side down on the counter where hundreds of customers have been touching. Never had a vape store do that (they always have ME take the drip tip off). I have been vaping for 4 years 8 months. Since they also caused a blown coil on a tank I had just bought (that coil cost ME not them $3.60 - I had just bought it from them a minute before!!!), I was waiting for them to put my drip tip in their own mouths too, sheesh. This all happened because the employees don't know how to work the mods they sell. They did not reimburse me for ruining my coil. Then they had to go on YouTube to look up how to work the mod. Can you say "incompetent"? Also, there is no "Juice Bar" at this store. So if you go there its a 2 minute ordeal every time they have to change the juice. They also don't clean the coils well enough so that there is lingering traces of juices others have tried. 5+ minutes of this per juice diddling, when it gets busy as there is only 2 people working there. Duh, hire more workers for busy times. And, teach your employees cleanliness, obviously their mothers didn't, & OSHA is going to be very unhappy when they hear this. Stay away! read more

Kidney Puncher has a wide selection of Mods, clones, and parts but falls short in customer service. I've bought a few clones from them and was pleased at the selection and the online inventory showing what they had in stock. Most recently I bought a mech mod and headed home. I tried to adjust the bottom button because it was crunchy and would not screw in far enough. It turns out that one of the tubes was made too short and the manufacturer was going to issue replacements. It is difficult if not impossible to track down the contact info for the Chinese company I reached out to KP for support 14 days ago but they've since blown me off and wont respond to my inquiries. I'm now stuck with a $70 paper weight. If you need something quick Kidney Puncher will probably have what you need. Just don't count on customer service. read more

Nah. Wanted to like this place, but they have terrible juice, and no willingness to compromise. I live right down the street and I'm going to keep driving all the way to vape central. Those guys know how to keep a customer. You guys, enjoy my free 22 dollars. I even left the full bottle because it was that bad. Imagine a cough drop dipped in Vicks vapo rub. I went in for a rebuild the other day and it was the worst service I have ever received at a vape shop the builder was complaining the entire time he build me and my friends mods and he provided us with the worst rebuilds we have EVER received ( I have been vaping for 3 years and never experienced a build so bad) my friends build doesn't fire correctly and mine will only fire on one side we left the shop unhappy and will never return to this location for anything other than juice. read more

This place is great, fantastic service very attentive sales people and the best part is you get to try all the different flavors. We came in to set my mom up with her vaping supplies kit, and we lucked out because we got the best salesperson ever he was super helpful, explained everything to her, and let her try quite a few flavors. For those that are just starting out with vaping I reccomend comming to a physical store at least for the first few purchases to get a feel for the items and test out flavors- my mom tried so many that she liked the name of but they turned out horrable, if she had simply bought online she would have wasted money. read more

I'm a Canadian who visits Arizona frequently and finally got to check out this store (which I found on Yelp) and I was very satisfied with the customer service and selection of juice was awesome. The dude who helped me out was super helpful and really patient helping me pick out some new flavours. I give it 4 stars because I had a tough time being able to distinguish any of the flavours on ego sticks they used for their testers so it was kind of a shot in the dark when choosing. I've seen a lot of other stores switch to Nautilus tanks and that has made a huge improvement when testing different juices. Thanks and I'll be back! read more

I walked in with the intention of grabbing a new kit after years of being out of the vape game so I could quit smoking, and left extremely satisfied not only with the price of everything I bought, but with the customer service I recieved. Ryan immediately acknowledged me as I walked in, I explained why I was in, and he led me straight over to the cases to weigh out my options and find what would work best for me. Any question I had, he answered and reassured me that no question was a stupid question. He even went as far as pulling around 10 different juices after asking what kind of flavors I like, then explaining each one and comparing them to food/candy. I'm an extremely indecisive person, and he made the entire trip so easy and quick for me. I walked out with a new vape, two bottles of juice, a battery, and a charger for way less than I was planning on spending all because he reminded me of my FiveStars deals and a discount for coming back in after so long. Customer service is A+ Everyone there is very helpful. I am new to dripping and they were happy to answer all of my questions and give me tutorial on how to build my coils and how to wick my cotton. Great products good place for vapor only problem is some of staff have argued with me about stuff that I proved they were wrong on not all staff here knows what there talking about when it comes to coils and even tanks but other then the arguing staff the shop is nice had a few problems with them not wanting me to try juices in there shop which is sad because the tempe store has no problem with that tempe has a juice bar the mesa store dosent have a juice bar read more

In my opinion they deserve a lower review. Have gone 3 or more times in total, 2 of which with my husband. Despite the "large" space there was very little to display. First time we went in our guy was very nice...but every juice we wanted to try was out of stock or no longer carried. Yet it was still advertised in their juice book. 2nd time my husband went to get a new battery, said they never even said hello or gave him a glance. They were too busy with the people at their "juice test bar" (who by the way never even bought anything) to simply complete the task my husband went in for. Next time we went again I was there to bare witness to what he said. 3 employees and none even raised their head to greet the incoming customer. I used to work in customer service and was required to greet everyone; first impressions are how you make yourself known. So we waited and waited by the battery and equipment display case with our backs to their test bar. Again no service. They only cared about the people smoking their juices and all for free and then they leave without buying about 75% of the time. Finally someone came to help us and what we wanted to ask took 2 seconds to ask and even less to answer. We asked about a new battery and they said they were all out of everything but the cheap batteries. I will say this, the gentleman we had was kind enough to direct us to Oasis on Main...safe to say I will stay with Oasis and never return to this establishment. read more

This shop obviously uses some shady business practices. First, they wouldn't sell me a single coil. I had to buy a full pack, because of FDA regulations. I would love to see that regulation, because I know it doesn't exist. Then, they said they needed my phone number. I told them no, because I'm from out of town, and wouldn't be back. THEN, they needed my name, again citing FDA regulations. EXCUSE ME? I'm not buying a fricking gun! There is NO WAY you can tell me that the FDA requires that! I will not be going back to this shop while in town, and they can suck it, if they think I'll ever do an online order! Avoid this place at all costs! read more

Bought a Joytech Ego One from this shop. A little over a month later, the Ego One just simply stopped working. There was no user error involved. It was an honest issue. Brought it back into the shop, advised them that it stopped working, and they traded it out for a brand new one. I was given the impression that this isn't something that they will do just anytime for anyone, but that's understandable being that there are probably a lot of scams involved with this kind of transaction. I was very pleased with how friendly, honest and helpful these guys all were. This business is truly one of the best in the valley. Pay them a visit and see for yourself. read more
