I like to go early and get a run in before unwinding in the saunas. Then, a glass of champagne in the quiet room to continue relaxing before my massage. The massage therapist are great!!! With my treatment, I choose an aromatherapy designed to stimulate the chakras and they use warm weighted neck pillows to help soften the muscle tension in addition to light pressure techniques. We discussed my frequent running and tight legs, and he designed a massage specifically targeting my areas of concern. He really helped my muscle spasms in my neck and he was a wonderful masseuse. My husband had Linda and said she was very aggressive but it was a "hurts so good" kind of massage for him. The place smelled very nice and the music was perfect in the rooms. We will definitely go back next time we're in Pittsburgh.
