I book the services online, usually a couples massage with my husband. Customer service calls a few days before the appointment and are very friendly and professional. I like to go early and get a run in before unwinding in the saunas. Then, a glass of champagne in the quiet room to continue relaxing before my massage. The massage therapist are great!!! With my treatment, I choose an aromatherapy designed to stimulate the chakras and they use warm weighted neck pillows to help soften the muscle tension in addition to light pressure techniques. He was very warm and inviting from the moment I arrived. Before my appointment, he took the time to review my intake forms and knew areas of concern and what I was looking for with my massage. We discussed my frequent running and tight legs, and he designed a massage specifically targeting my areas of concern. I left not feeling bruised or sore like other deep tissue massages I've had in the past. The manipulation was firm, but also involving limb movement to get into the fascia more deeply. I could tell he had great knowledge of muscles and their connectivity. I will 110% be back.

It seems that they can only take one or two guests at a time. There is a changing room with robes and slippers and you also get wine while you get ready. There is a sauna there too. The first part was the scalp analysis which was really cool and gross to see up close lol. Then you move over to the head spa where the treatment begins the tables that you lay on massages and are heated. You also get a cold, weighted eye mask to wear. The treatment consisted of a lot of rubbing my scalp and combing my hair. It honestly felt amazing but a little too hard as my scalp was sore that evening. The experience ended with a blowout, which honestly was amazing and my hair looked incredible. I really enjoyed the head spa treatment and I definitely want to try that again. The interesting part of this experience was the staff honestly, they were friendly and definitely tried to make us feel comfortable however, they were very unprofessional, specifically the stylist that my friend had. The conversations that were had and topics that were brought up between the two stylists and brought up to me and my friend (customers) were inappropriate. Additionally, the head spa treatment for two people is listed on their website as an 80 minute session. My friend and I were there for THREE hours. How??? It probably had to do with the fact that our two stylists never stopped talking to each other during the entire appointment. This definitely took away from the relaxing experience I was hoping for. They have a cute little dog who is happy to greet you when you arrive. I scheduled a 90 min massage. The massage room was nice and dark which I like. The massage was relaxing. When it was time to pay, I had a gift card. It was expired but the owner still accepted the gift card, which I really appreciated. The only reason I took a star off is because there were no candles or essential oils used when I was getting my massage. The room smelled like wet tennis shoes, which wasn't great. I wish they would have used some kind of aromatherapy scents like I've had at other spas I've been to. Other than that, this is a great little spa and I would visit her again.
