I was provided with a bottle of water at the end of the session, and left feeling like I had some blood flow in my shoulder blades again. For a massage that's not specifically marketed towards pain relief, I'd give it a 6/10 for relieving pain. For relaxing and winding down, I'd give an 11/10. TLDR: if you need to relax a bit, this is the place. If you have mild or moderate muscle tension and pain, this is the place.
