You always get a warm welcome as you enter the store, but more importantly Famous Footwear has excellent customer service, and I dont mean the typical "Hello can I help you?". The staff at Famous Footwear are willing to take the time to actually find out which shoe is most suitable, which makes for a great shopping experience. Famous Footwear rewards loyal customers with a discounts and the buy one get one half price is a great savings . The quality of merchandise and customer service is absolutely unrivalled.
