They had my handbags for 4months and when I arrived to pick them up I paid and noticed that they stitched the purse from the outside of the leather Destroying my Prada!!! Thank goodness I didn't allow them to attempt to repair the other handbag... To make matters worse, when I pointed out the horrible repair work and they refused to refund me and called the police to trespass me from the property because THEY further damaged my handbag!!! The son is extremely RUDE!!! I waited patiently and explained to the officer what had taken place. When I showed the officer my handbag he understood but couldn't do anything as it is a Civil matter. I then requested my receipt/ticket for proof of service and they refused to return it to the officer stating that it was their property. I left and simply called my bank to dispute the charge for a refund as I will now have to REPAIR the so called REPAIR!!! I would like to save anyone the time, hassle and frustration if you value your handbags, shoes or luggage!!! This place is HORRIBLE!!!

Then it went to $275 when I came actually into the store. Then because I did a deposit instead of paying outright ($200 down, the rest when the job's finished). Gave me my order ticket and it said I have a balance of $125. ($50 more). So my total went from $200 (estimate) to $275 (what the shopkeep told me) to $325 (Because... who knows) . Then I tried to pick up my items on Thursday June 8th at 5:47pm but they were already closed. Hours say from 6:30 am-6pm. So I came back again today (Friday) to retrieve my items. Paid off the rest of my (overpriced) balance and this is the end result of their work. Scuff marks, dried up crust, dirt in crevices. This is not $325 work If you're going to charge premium prices, make sure the quality of your work backs it up. Really wished I paid with a card because I would have DISPUTED this with my bank.
