Having been to a CVS pharmacy all over the country, I never felt compelled to write a review until…read moretoday. Not that they are bad, but they were what I expect. Today was different. I was greeted by a friendly young lady whose name I will butcher, but she is in management training. The Pharmacist, Huzefa offered extraordinary service today. I was with my elderly mother who just got out of a 60-day stay in the hospital. She was a bit weak, but survived and made it out. I asked him if he would come to her, and he went above and beyond to give her a COVID booster in one arm and a flu shot in the other. It was FREEZING outside but he was patient and friendly and encouraging and kind to all of us, especially my mom. Next, the Store manager was amazing! I was reluctant to sign up for the Care plan (I am sure I butchered that too) but he explained the benefits to me, and I signed up and got a wonderful discount on the items I purchased. I don't live nearby but anytime I am in the area I will definitely come back and support this store. Excellence in retail for sure!

They may not have everything in stock mentioned on the newsletter/coupon, but they are always willing to give you a rain-check for the item. I usually get my photos developed here and they turn out pretty good most of the time. I also come here to rent movies from the Redbox kiosk located inside of the store. They also have a Pharmacy and the Pharmacists that I've talked to are very helpful in explaining medication and what not. My only complaint about this location is that sometimes there are pan-handlers wandering around outside asking for change. Nothing against them because I've donated plenty of times, but when it gets to the point where I know each of their faces then that's a problem. Not a bad Walgreen. They have security cameras on active. I would've given 4 stars, but 3 stars due to the pan-handlers.

Today I went to pick up a package and the lady starts fussing about parents bringing their children in the store and some child writing on her counter with nail polish. I was told that I either need to leave my children in the car or they need to sit down. I receive compliments on my children's behavior everywhere we go so I know her issue was not with me. The lines reached at least 50-100 yards each the self checkout out even longer. Lines were so long that customers deserted their buggies in random places with perishable items.... complete waste yet avoidable if the store would open more lanes. If I'm not mistaken 16 bags that the Cashier gleefully rang up & bagged neatly. As soon as I open the trunk an employee who was getting off helped me with the bags-even swapped out his gloves beforehand. Keep up the good service.
