Deborah and Holly are fantastic! They are so professional and courteous. They go the extra mile. You know - old school customer service. I started using Concord for Ivermectin instead of getting injected with a Chinese lab virus back in 2020. Now my wife and I use them for everything except compounding. So convenient too. They are at North Fulton Wellstar on Hwy 9 Alpharetta Hwy . But then again if you prefer being a masochist - stick to CVS and Walmart.

After an injury that left me in excruciating pain, I started using the pharmacy next to North Fulton hospital since no one else carried the pain medicine I was prescribed. I was in disbelief that it only took 5 minutes to get my prescription. They were so amazing to me and treated me like family. I take every prescription I have (that I can) and have it filled at Concord. I even discovered I'm allergic to certain manufacturers and Tammy worked very hard to help me find one that worked for me. They truly care about each individual customer which is hard to find these days and get your prescriptions in record breaking time. They are truly AMAZING!

I tried to support but hey if u don't agree with someone's rules you leave. Publix got the same thing and allows what the insurance company and Dr. Allows.

I did a walk-in so it actually worked out pretty well. I waited around for a few because I had to let them prep the vaccination but it let me do all the paperwork. Customer service here was really good because the lady who was at the front was having a good time talking to me. We get along really well and she was super cool. Actually everybody I talk to was super nice and really friendly. For customer service alone. They definitely get five stars. And they said that the vaccination was covered by my insurance, which was the nice thing on the cake LOL. But this spot would definitely be a go-to if I needed something. I was a little bit obscure that I couldn't get from a CVS.

They lost my Rx (sent electronically from doctor's office). Took two calls to Morgan plus call to…read moremy doctor to see if maybe they sent to wrong email as Morgan had a name change and may not have updated their email in directory available to providers. They faxed a second copy. Received text from Morgan to reply LINK to receive link to pay. Called next day when no link, no response or error. I'm sure they do a good job with medications but logistics, admin was a poor experience. I regularly use different pharmacies for various Rx for the family and never had issues like these
