The cheese enchilada was rolled very tight and small. It was packed with cheese and flavor. It was melted through and I could taste a little bit of onion which I requested on the side. Right next to it was the pork tamale which was filled to the brim with meat and then had a spicy green chili sauce over the top (you had an option to get the red sauce, which was the red chili sauce), which was similar to the taco meat that was in my beef taco next to it, which was extremely crunchy just the way I like my tacos!
