They offered a teleconference appt because we almost had to go out of town for an emergency. That ended up not happening but it was nice to know it was available! Staff was encouraging, so fun to be around and knew what they were doing. His specialist just sent him back for another 4 weeks of therapy and he's actually looking forward to seeing everyone. COVID19 INFO: They also keep it very clean and sanitize between patients. Also sanitize after getting off equipment or touching handles. You have to wear a mask while in the office due to COVID19 and all staff wears masks too. Only 2 patients allowed in office at one time.

If there was a true reason for a child to not be seen there you would think they would do their due diligence to make sure it was a valid reason. They don't. So just be aware. If the Referral Coordinator has a grudge against you, your child will not be seen here. So very unprofessional.
