Zero Stars, do not use this realtor. I have turned her in to the Real Estate Board for sanctions. She interfered in a contractual sale between myself and her client. Causing bth her client and myself heart ache and money. I won the case against her client. Big Deal. She still caused both her client and myself heart ache. She caused her client the loss of the sale and the client hasn't been able to sell the home 77 Hidden Valley, Eagle Point. The home should have been my elderly father's and my home. Estelle gave us false paperwork saying the home had an occupancy permit. It didn't. When we went to close the deal at the title company she interfered in the contact causing both her client and myself to hire attorneys. In my opinion she is not ethical. Save time and heart ache and steer away from this agent. I reported her to the Better Business Bureau and they won't endorse her due to her behavior in business. If you do, take a lawyer with you. Update. Six months after we should have closed escrow we won our case. The arbitrator found in our favor and that they lied. The seller was ordered to pay all penalties, attorney bills and six additional months of mortgage payments. We were awarded the opportunity to purchase the home as the original contract read. The problem was after spending money on our credit cards and up front attorney costs we didn't qualify for the same loan. We lost the home. The home sat on the market for another six months and sold for the same amount we offered one year earlier. The seller must have been furious as he didn't relist it with Redd and McCarty. This realtor has no integrity. Finally ready to buy a home. We chose 5 to look at and one was listed by Ms. Redd. We chose not to even consider the one listed by Ms. Redd.
