We have been waiting for our countertopssince May. Measurements were taken in April. We were told it would be 18 to 20 weeks. This company has all our money and still has not even had the courtesy to call with an update. Our neighbors put a whole new kitchen months after we started and the have their sparkling new granite countertops. I understand there are issues with manpower right now but a call with an update would be good business. Every other company is delivering to customers. We don't even have a big kitchen! read more

When I was looking for someone to install new countertops in our home, I shopped around quite a bit. I ended up going with Redding Countertops because the sales staff were so personable, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the prices were very reasonable. I had an idea of what I wanted, but asked a ton of questions about material, finish options, edging, and overall cost. Kate and Taylor were so patient, wonderfully friendly, and very helpful the entire way through. They helped me make a decision I am so incredibly happy with. Once I selected a countertop, they walked me through the rest of the process, so I always knew what was coming and when. Robert did my measurement, and he was super knowledgeable about the process, materials, and remodels in general. The installation date got pushed back a bit because they upgraded to a new saw for cutting my quartz countertops and getting it up and running delayed my install a bit. However, it was absolutely worth the wait! Our installers, Gary and Oliver, were super friendly and extremely professional. They were efficient, but also took the time to make sure the job was done right. I was beaming with joy when everything was in place. It was exactly as I had envisioned it. We have a few other countertop projects in our bathrooms and laundry room, and we will absolutely use Redding Countertops again! read more

I got new quartz countertops for my kitchen. 20 weeks until install from contact. Initially went through a third party, but my work order was never started at that date ( it was a communication error between that company and Kate at Redding Countertops). When I checked on my order at the 6 week mark, I found out I was not in their system. Kate agreed that she would get a work order number for me and put me back into their schedule as close to the original date, (6 weeks ago) as possible. Fast forward another 7 weeks. I call to check status of my order I spoke with Kelly. Kelly was super helpful and followed through. Kate had done nothing to get my job scheduled to it's original date. My installation is scheduled and is still 7 weeks out. Kate did not do as she promised along with not communicating. I told Kelky I would love my countertops, which, now that they are installed, I do!! Still lots of frustration that with better communication would have been avoided. If you use Redding Countertop, go to them direct. Me starting with a third party was not the way to go. I had to be my own advocate to stay on top of where things were. Also, cant thank Kelly enough for helping and making sure I was advised during the last steps. I feel if I'd have started with her out of the gate, this would gave been a stellar experience. read more

Chad and his whole crew are top notched! I can say enough of how lucky I was that they are the installers. I actually went to Lowe's and it was a nightmare from beginning to end. They had to redo my order 3 times each time putting back the charge to my credit card and recharging. You don't get credit right away so you are stuck with a big charge for a few days to a week! Do yourself a favor and go directly to Redding Countertops, they will make sure everything fits perfectly and right the first time! read more

The selection of countertop materials at Redding Countertops is over the top. We chose a Walnut Butcherblock for several reasons - first, the cost and that we could get them installed much faster than quartz (have been without a kitchen for over 8 months). It did mean a little more work on our end - oiling/sealing/sanding, but so worth it. From entering their store to look at materials and get a quote, to fabrication and installation - it was less than a month. Installers were very professional, detailed, and careful. I will be returning for some quartz later in the year for a kitchen island. read more

Was happy they offered unused portions of granite slabs for sale. Unhappy with how long it would take to get it. 10+ weeks to get a cut piece. We are picking it up, so no delivery or install, no edging wanted, just a raw piece. And we can't get it from them for over 10 weeks!! That's ridiculous!!! read more

I needed a small section of countertop made for a laundry sink that had to be carefully cut down to size to save space. Not only did these guys do a great job of making it, they charged me less than the usual cost because I used a remnant and they did it all in the same day, with no complaints about the little extra cuts to trim around the edges! Rude, Rude, Rude!!! I couldn't do business with this company because their phone person was so nasty. I need a new countertop for my rental and I was trying to ask how we can speed up the process because I am losing rent. She wouldn't even hear my questions. She just kept talking over me and telling me how busy she was. I finally had enough of being trampled and told her I would call someone that was not so busy. We had Redding Countertops make a somewhat complex laminate counter top for our kitchen. We wanted all rounded corners, even where the countertop meets the backsplash. We didn't want any corners that could collect dirt. The countertop is U shaped in our kitchen, it also provides a full backsplash up to our upper cupboards, and then onto our raised eating counter. The same laminate material also forms a windowsill. They did a magnificent job. They must have glued several sections together but we can not find a seam. They mounted an under-counter sink, also laminate, that blends seamlessly with the countertop. All of this was done on schedule. We highly recommend Redding Countertops read more

I just got off the phone talking to a man at Redding Countertops and he was very helpful--solved a problem (not with his product, but some grout used by our contractors.). Also, when our Corian countertop was installed these people had to come through the kitchen window as the layout of the room would not permit the lengthy counter through the door, unless they cut it into several pieces.
