I am going on my third job and my experience with this business has far exceeded my expectations. The owner, Z, takes meticulous care of his clients. I appreciate that he goes the extra mile in customer satisfaction. He is incredibly quick, efficient, and mindful of client's budget. He is competitively priced. It gives me great pleasure in supporting a small business, particularly because the owner takes great care in keeping customers happy. As a small business, I have come to see that Z considers his work product as an extension of the company, and himself, and therefore his customers can always expect top quality. For my aunt's memorial, Z recommended a couple of different paper stock to achieve the look that I was going for. He has extensive knowledge of ink saturation and how the finished product will eventually appear on a particular kind of paper. He always reviews the image files for my print jobs. For my aunt's memorial, for example, he asked me if I had a higher resolution file to make her picture look sharper (I did not, but it turned out great anyhow). Highly recommend! I had a fantastic experience and the best part was that Z exceeded my expectations! I needed 250 business cards printed, double sided, and full color within a tight deadline of 7 business days and technically even less due to Thanksgiving weekend. I was stressing out to see that big box shops like FedEx and Staples were turning my small project into a big one... Enter in RedDot Printing. Z was able to turn around and complete my project within hours on the day we exchanged emails! Funnily enough, I didn't even realize that my order would be complete within that timeframe because I assumed it would take at least a day to complete. AMAZING SERVICE AND PRINT QUALITY! I needed a last minute print job of nine 18x18 poster prints (of album covers) - and last minute meaning I wanted them by the next day (and I called late afternoon). Z made it happen! Even though he had other projects going on, he still got it done...and even finished earlier than anticipated. He was so very helpful and friendly, throughout the entire process. And the prints came out BEAUTIFULLY.
