I kept saying I was going to leave a review and I didn't cause I don't like doing this but unbelievable that it's come to this these office girls when you first walk into that office they should smile no hi no good morning no nothing. They are the first impression that you see and unfortunately, it's not a good one! I loved going to the Azusa office because they are all so friendly there! Zoila, Dayna and lani are fabulous! They would answer the phones , chat with you and make you feel important As a patient! ....unfortunately that office is closed and now they're all in one office together. I repeat this nobody answers the office phone in Pomona and if they happen to answer it, by a big chance, you're put on hold for 15 to 19 minutes waiting for someone to take your call! I love the physicians at this office, Erika and Dr. Reddy himself are fabulous but it's come to the point that I think I might have to start looking for a new primary doctor . I want to start by saying how much time they have made me waste I could never reach the receptionist. They never answer the phone so I have to drive to the office when I get there i see about 5 workers in the front office and none can answer. I had an appointment i showed up all for them to tell me that they had canceled my appointment when I never received one phone call to let me know or offer me a reschedule. The doctors are amazing but the staff needs to get it together and be on top the schedule, phone ,and customer service. office ladies are rude and incompetent. when i call to check on my severely sick mothers' apt they put me on hold for 10 min? excuse me i called at 9:03 and ur office opens at 9 so miss me with that full line bullshit. not only that but the faces when you walk in to the office itself, there is no good morning or hi they just stare at you. regarding the actual care of Dc Reddy, he is okay and isn't really good at answering questions, more so just listening and talking about the medications. read more

Do not go here!! The front and back office medical assistants act as if they are medical doctors. With only 9 months of training to be a medical assistant these girls diagnose and give you there 2 cents. They are extremely rude , uneducated and straight out of there minds. They have no clue of patient privacy. I wish I can give them 0 stars. read more

I went in with my family to get covid tested. The office manager was very friendly. Greeted us politely and promptly had us tested. We got our results back in a timely manner (fortunately all negative!). I would highly recommend this facility. read more

Doctor acted so impersonal, I'm freaking out over a situation I have never encountered in my life and he was not helpful, he made it seem like he didn't care about my questions or concerns. Dr Reddy's office is awesome!! This Medical Clinic attends to every patient's medical needs as quickly as necessary. Ms Ruth and Ms Gaby are the sweetest and very passionate to all their clients and even to us co-providers. They surely make us feel comfortable. Mr Gerry makes sure he sees everyone at their office workplace are practicing safely while coordinating care to all their clients in attaining the highest standard per Dr Reddy's. Ms Tiffany is sooooooo wonderful in attending our home health pateint's needs quickly even we know how busy she can be. We just love her sooo much ! she is very hard working and very efficient.. Horrible office staff! Unfortunately if one request a return call, it will never happen!! If when the phone is answered during the short hours of 9-12 or 1-4:45 pm you will be place on hold (they are descent enough to ask if it's OK ?!? What are you gonna say no..? If I'm the interested party in my health, I have to hold! After the brief of 20-25 minutes they are rude, short and if an appointment is required, it will be within a month at 3:50pm on a Friday afternoon OR a better random hour available and feasible to them only.... forget I have a job! My experience with this office is the worst - minus stars I don't need to beg someone to take my business. I was truly thinking they cared a bit. read more

I've always had a great experience with Doctor Mallu Reddy and his staff. I have no complaints. I come in to be seen and am greeted right away, The staff is very friendly, the doctors are very knowledgeable and assist with any of my concerns. My meds are filled and I am very happy with the services here. I used to have such a hard time getting my meds filled or sometimes seeing a doctor but once I came here the doctors were very helpful, informative, compassionate. They care about their patients here. Would definitely recommend. read more
