I repeatedly asked that they not call or discuss my case with my mom because this was my case and I wanted to keep my situation private. There were also multiple occasions where my last name was misspelled. While this may seem like a small detail, I believe these things matter, especially when dealing with someone's legal case. At times, it felt like they were all over the place, and I wish they had taken more time to get to know me as a client and understand my preferences. Another thing that disappointed me was that once my case was finished, no one reached out to schedule a final meeting or even check in with me. I would have appreciated an opportunity to go over the case one last time, ask any final questions, and discuss whether I was satisfied with the service I received. Even a simple follow-up to ask how I felt about experience would have made a difference. Overall, the service was okay, but I believe there is room for improvement in communication, organization, attention to detail, and client follow-up.
