I needed it for 2 days but there was a snow storm so I needed it for a 3rd day. With any other rental place this would be no problem but with them it was a major problem. Not only did they harass me for several hours with multiple phone calls before the lift was due but they also showed up at my job site to pick it up and tow it away. I had to go back to the job the next day and finish with a 40ft ladder. To top all of this off, the owner somehow figured that I owed him $295 for an additional half day rental and when he couldn't reach me to inform me of this, he called my customer and threatened to put a lean on his house. This is the absolute worst rental company that I have even worked with and I would recommend definitely driving out of your way to go somewhere else.

I booked over the phone in advance, drove my 20ft Uhaul across the US, and arrived to find a lock on my unit. I walked over to the office, thinking that they might keep the units locked for security. Max hopped up to help, because he though it was open and ready for me. Seems an old tenant came by and put a lock on. Max drove 30 minutes away to get a file to take the lock off, and even then, me and my movers couldn't get the door open (Max tried and even called someone for help). To save time so I could return my Uhaul on time, Max found me two 10x20s (I only ended up needing one) and my movers unloaded everything into it. Max offered to move everything into my 10x30 the next day when they fixed the door (turns out a piece of metal from the lock had somehow blocked the lock, but none of us could see it). I decided to just keep the 10x20, since everything fit just fine, and Max adjusted my invoice to reflect the difference in price. THINGS HAPPEN. Excellent service and a can-do attitude are the best solution a company can offer. I couldn't have asked for more and am very happy to have my things stored here.

I called to confirm the location the morning of and the worker confirmed the number and location of unit. Hours later our movers showed up and it was the wrong size unit and our stuff would not fit. My husband , myself and some family members all tried . I called every 2 minutes for hours my husband drove to the office and the sign said working at a different location ( NO ADDRESS given) but the same phone number we had been calling. Our movers were able to find a solution. I continued to call and leave messages every few minutes ( not exaggerating I was furious and wanted my money back) I tried for 2.5 days before I finally was in contact with someone over the Facebook page. Which one of the workers responded on their personal page very rudely and unprofessional. They tried to say that I was lying and I replied I would be very happy to provide my phone records. That's when I'm not sure if that person switched over to the halls Facebook account to reply or someone else saw her behavior and they replied that someone will call me shortly to resolve it . Well hours later no one called ( even though at least one worker was able to respond on Facebook back and fourth) she wasn't able to use the phone I guess . Hours later I called a different location and was finally able to get my money back! But all in all I was lucky my movers found a place big enough for my stuff but I had to pay for 2 extra hours of my movers because of this!!!
