Our family was looking to complete some extensive renovations to our home, mainly surrounding drainage and runoff from living on an incline. In truth, I looked back at our emails and we started corresponding back in the summer of 2022. Shellie was quick to respond to our inquiries, and soon after we met Tyler who came out and did a quote for us. Several years later, after we secured financing and finally pulled the trigger on renovations, we emailed back to let them know we were ready to go. By then, our plans had changed quite a bit, but Shellie and Tyler remained absolutely flexible and willing to help. It sat for about 5 or 6 days before Centex was able to come out for the treatment. But that was because of the 4th of July holiday. He said he was confident that he would be able to get rid of at least 85% of the stain. We were desperate to keep HOA at bay so we were happy with 85%. I'm happy to report they were able to remove 95% of the stain and no nasty notes from HOA. They use a commercial grade cleaner and pressure washing. Highly recommend!
