His team installed a new furnace vent cap that had blown off, sealed the storm collars, bases, and roof vents, and repaired cracked tile areas. The entire job was completed for $1,100, and the quality of the work was excellent. What impressed me most was that Nicholas didn't try to turn a repair into an unnecessarily expensive roofing project. He explained what needed to be done, charged a fair price, completed the work professionally, and took care of the actual problem.
