Or it might be 10 days with out any communication. The response was always somebody was sick or the e-mail address was wrong...excuses. The thing that really has turned me away from this company is that I asked them as they were showing our loft to do a walk-through to see what type of condition the previous renters had left it in-I needed to see if I should pay them back their deposit. Now in their defense, its not part of their services to do this, but I said as you are showing the loft, can you just let me know if anything major is wrong with it. They said no, it just neede a cleaning. Well I just got to visit the loft when we moved back to the states and it was in HORRIBLE shape. Missing ceiling lights, bags of beer cans nailed to the wall, a dent in our fridge door, the carpet is ruined, holes in the wall, the list goes on. If she didn't want to do the walk-through she could have just said no, find someone else...we're out thousands of dollars because I already paid the renters their deposit back...Thanks a lot Downtown Living Now.
