We thought paying $99 was a fair cost if it allowed us to preserve the condition of our bathroom! Last year we had a post-covid party and had to pay $199 for one of their units. Spendy, but again, we thought it would be worth it. When I enquired about reserving a unit this year for a small family gathering, I was given a quote of $399. Another doubling in price?? When I sent an email questioning this, I was told that since I had rented prior, my account would be grandfathered in to a lower price. By then we had already made other plans for our family gathering due to the Porta potty issue. I admit, that was decent but why be complicit in price gouging in the first place? I don't understand this practice and I don't recommend Porta Pros to any regular member of the public who wants to keep their own bathroom in good shape.

As annoying as this was the worst part was their pickup method. We told the driver they could pick up between 7 and 8PM if they needed to, 8 PM came, no driver, 9PM came, no driver, we figured they would be here in the morning, assuming so since this company is not big on communication. When I checked my backyard at 6AM I saw the slide was gone. I checked on my neighbors cameras and saw that the drivers showed up after 10PM and decided to trespass on my property and remove the slide. When I called the company to notify them I spoke with a receptionist and told her I needed to speak with the owner immediately, over 24 hours later still no response from the owner, I called them again and still no response from the owner. Apparently having their employees trespass in the middle of the night is not a big deal for this company! Save yourself the trouble and go with a professional company for your inflatables.

Just 2 weeks ago we learned our son was graduating an entire year early! We scrambled to find a photographer who could get the photo shoot done and pictures edited in just a few days. We received over 40 photographer recommendations from friends and family, and all I can say is, it's not easy finding the right one! So many photographers had complicated contracts, ridiculous pricing, and required consultations that take up time and money. Brad at Mayne Frame Photography was the only one that kept things simple and easy to work with. Brad was so kind, and understood the importance of what we needed. Within 48 hours we had a scheduled photo shoot in downtown Boise. Our son got to wear 3 different outfits, and we weren't running against the clock. Brad told us, "we'll just keep going until we get the right shots!" Brad made our son feel comfortable, and within a few minutes our son was smiling and coming out of his shell. Brad made it an amazing experience! To our surprise, Brad had the photos uploaded to his website and ready for review the next morning! We selected 4 photos for our son's graduation announcements, and Greg had them enhanced and edited within 24 HRS!!!! All of the pictures turned out absolutely amazing!!! Not only that, but Brad gives you the digital images and lets you own the print rights. It's not complicated, it's not expensive, and Brad kept us in the loop the entire time!
