To start on the day of the party we contracted…read morethem for the driver showed up 20 minutes before the party to set up a large water slide, more irritating though was that we were unable to get ahold of anyone at the company for over 2 hours attempting to reach them by phone, email, and instagram message, finally after all of this we were contacted by the driver and informed he would be there in 30 min, which was closer to an hour. As annoying as this was the worst part was their pickup method. We told the driver they could pick up between 7 and 8PM if they needed to, 8 PM came, no driver, 9PM came, no driver, we figured they would be here in the morning, assuming so since this company is not big on communication. When I checked my backyard at 6AM I saw the slide was gone. I checked on my neighbors cameras and saw that the drivers showed up after 10PM and decided to trespass on my property and remove the slide. When I called the company to notify them I spoke with a receptionist and told her I needed to speak with the owner immediately, over 24 hours later still no response from the owner, I called them again and still no response from the owner. Apparently having their employees trespass in the middle of the night is not a big deal for this company! Save yourself the trouble and go with a professional company for your inflatables.

I've been doing so well, too, like I cut off my threenager 's ballet class cuz she didn't really like it, I just made her do it cuz it was so darn cute. But then I had a horrific picture of 20 toddlers running around at our place for six hours and I panicked! I've never hosted a party like that before. I looked on Yelp and found this company, left a message, and less than 24 hours later, Amanda responded. She sent me a form online and I returned it ASAP to book the date. I didn't even have to pay a deposit! A few days later, Amanda confirmed the date. They're usually busy with events so I had to leave a message each time I called them, but Amanda responded quickly and professionally. Everyone fell in love with Marcus, the balloon guy! Even me!!! He was fun, creative, and very likable. All the kids enjoyed their balloons. Many of our guests took his business card, they thought $125/hour was reasonable. I cringe when I think about how much I spent on that, especially since the kids popped all the balloons. I could've just saved that for her college fund. Next year, though, we're gonna have to stick with cake and ice cream...maybe without the friends. They play at the park everyday anyway. If you're okay with that price and you have that extra money to spend then Marcus is your guy!!!!
