I have been going to Redhawk for the past few months since moving down to Murrieta and have been highly satisfied with the service provided by the technician is here. All the workers are very friendly and Heath the Asst Manager is very transparent with what repairs are found during their diagnostic. If I have a question, they are responsive and helpful navigating the next steps for my repairs. The technicians are fairly quick as well with regular maintenance. The final cost was higher than we expected but Jessica was incredibly helpful and worked with us to talk through options with the mechanics and prioritize what fit our budget. I brought my hybrid car here because it had troubles that my regular mechanic wouldn't touch because it's a hybrid. They work on electric and hybrid cars here, as well as all others. I was very happy with the service, the honest diagnosis, the fact that they called an Uber to take me home and to pick me up and bring me back to pick up my car. I received a free oil change voucher through the union and I didn't think I would use it. Long story short I decided to come here instead of going into Kia and I am so glad I did. I called early this am and spoke to Scott and he told me to come on down and he could get me in. I drove over about 35 mins later and got RIGHT IN. The service is very professionally and they don't make you feel any type of way for using a coupon and I really appreciate that because I was a little nervous/embarrassed to go in with one. I originally went in for just tires and alignment. I was pretty strapped on cash so they help me with a finance plan that really worked with my budget. Not only that, but these guys were awesome, super professional and very friendly. They also got me a ride home which went above and beyond expectation. Well I'm not one to put reviews but this time I have to my husband took our business van in for a thump and a boom sound and to align. They told use it was thr differential and needed to be re done, well after $$$$ later our van was ready to pick up. Husband leaves shop already closed because we picked up before closing our van doing the exact same thing but more. Well called them took back again and they can't figure it out, So what we took it for is still there and no one can figure it out, plus we had breaks inspected and we were told they good well I had someone check them and they are in need of replacing so long story short I think we got charged 4k for nothing because our van is the same. I felt they would be good because all the reviews they had seemed great but our experience not great! And then still knowing they didn't fix problem they didn't even offer a discount or anything they said the part they fixed needed it anyway that's not the point you didn't fix what I went in for and my breaks need replacing so makes me wonder if they even did anything but collect money. I am in outside sales and live in Whittier. I was on my way to San Diego for work Wednesday morning when my car started running bad. Next thing I know I am calling AAA to get towed to Redhawk where I meet Jessica Ericson (assistant manager). She was upfront, very knowledgeable and pleasant to chat with. After doing some checking it was determined that my car needed the valve cover gaskets, spark plug tube seals and etc replaced. Obviously not what anybody wants to hear, but such is life keeping a car running. Since I was working and time was important Jessica pulled out all the stops to get my parts to the shop so that my car would be ready to roll the following afternoon. No, I didn't spend the night in the shops back room, they gave me a free loaner car to get me to San Diego to do my job. I had told her that I was already booked to spend the night in San Diego, so she put everything together so that I could continue on while they fixed the car. Great customer service.
