Thank you, Yelpers for steering me in the right direction! I bought a gadget off Amazon promising wireless connectivity for my CarPlay. It was a HUGE mistake!! I tried to unpair it but could not re-pair my phone to the car. I even factory reset the car, all the smaller tricks before that. To no avail. I called on Wednesday saying I could really only come in on Friday. They said sure bring it in. Today I did so. Johnny helped and he easily fixed my issue. He probably thought I was another dumb blonde, and no, he didn't make me feel that way. But I sure did when the fix was a simple cable (and believe me, I tried around 6 different cables, which did nothing). He fixed it easily (and explained there is a cable that is a syncing cable, not just a charging cable, which was my issue--apparently I have a bunch of the charging kind) and I was so appreciative. If they couldn't have, I wasn't sure it would be fixable. So glad Johnny took a moment out of his day to easily fix it. He didn't charge me. But I would've paid for it because I was frustrated in not being able to use my navigation. Thank you, Johnny for your patience and expertise! Pretty much the same review from their o.g. shop Best Tire & Wheel. Everything is the damn same except this location is directly behind Best Tire. It's easier to see from Old Town Front Street, whereas BT&W can be seen easily from the 15 freeway. Been a loyal customer here since November 2019 and for good reason. My most recent visit today 9.7.2022 was a quick drop off of Big Bertha's old beat up heart (battery, lol). It was the original one, from 2013 but lasted me almost 10 years. Erik was there to help me as I lugged the heavy ass thing out of my truck. I didn't have it with me on 9.2.2022 when I purchased her new one from Gabe. He was cool about it and said I could bring it in the following week so here I am. Gave me a great deal on the new battery and I was in and out in minutes. Same great service from the same great guys, just operating under a different name. For all of your car care needs, I highly recommend SC Automotive. They work with pretty much all makes and models and are super fast getting parts in if that's all you need. The lobby/waiting area is smaller than BT&W, but you'll still get the best service and pricing! Terrible service and results. Took our 2006 Suburban to SC Automotive to fix a leak in the oil pan and replace the hydro boost as it was leaking. Oil pan leaked right away after the "repair" and a friend found no threads on one of the screws causing a leak. Took it back and leaked worse after their next "fix". Took it to someone else and got it repaired for real. Now hydroboost is leaking after their "repair" and whole repair is wasted. Have to eat the cost and go elsewhere. You ever find a business that just does everything correct? I wanted to get new coilover suspension on my car I didn't really feel like doing it myself so I started putting out feelers for what it would cost. I messaged a few different businesses on Yelp and this one replied to me in 3 minutes, and then every time I sent him another message he replied in about the same 5-minute window. This is better than half the phone calls I've ever had. Come to find out the shop is a distributor for the company whose part I wanted and they were able to get it for me and save me the tax and shipping. Put down the deposit on wednesday, part arrives thursday, drop the car off Friday morning at 8:00 a.m., car is ready for pickup at 11:00 a.m. that same day. I had a Chevy sit at dealership for 45 days waiting for work to get done on it once, I was awestruck when I got that phone call saying they had done everything in 2 hours. Let the suspension rest over the weekend, come back in on Monday to get the alignment done, again drop it off at 8: 30 am, works done by 9:30. I don't even think the suspension would have delivered to my house in that window of time. Big thanks to Eric and Gabe. I took my 2014 Fusion in for a Wheel bearing issue on the front left of the car. One shop quoted me $560 for labor & part. I called SC motors & Erik gave me a quite of $290 which was much better. I highly suggest bringing your car here if you want high quality service at low prices. Honda wanted to do a slew of repairs on my car and wanted to charge me $$$$, but after consulting with the owner here I decided this would be money better spent, and it was as I ended up spending half of what Honda wanted to charge..! In the middle of the process, the owner realized that my car didn't even need a repair that Honda was recommending - something routine that the dealership probably would have still charged me for over and over again! He also realized that I needed an oil change (because I am a spaz and didn't realize I was overdue) so his guys did that as well on top of everything else. My car was in and out in 80-minutes - you can't get quick service like that anywhere else. Perks: I came in on a Friday at the start of my work day and was able to both work and catch up on Netflix while I waited. ^_^ He also checked up on me to make sure I was comfortable while waiting, and told me recommended services to keep in mind considering how much I drive. I'm usually here for vape supplies and decided to ask about my car stereo. I wanted to add some simple lighting to my custom trunk. Gabe said they had what I needed in stock and he pulled my car in and had it all finished within an hour. He said my trunk was very clean and the wiring was very nice. I did have it done by alpine themselves haha. I also added it's not hitting as hard as it used to. Gabe diagnosed the issue and showed me that one of my subwoofers was blown. I'm not surprised, my setup was done like 9 yrs ago. What I have is no longer made so I'm going to upgrade to the newer models. I agree with the five stars. I came in for what I thought was a broken "aux in" jack (port). They tested it and found that it worked after they sprayed some cleaner in there and tested it with their own cable. They did that free of charge. Next, they found that one speaker was blown. They replaced it with some nice new pioneer speakers and I drove away as a happy customer. read more

His email response was even QUICK!! He replaced both of my front speakers & when I returned he had found a cheaper model that was actually BETTER in quality ! Saving me $$!!
