I attended an event as a chaperone with the kids from Micah House, and from the moment you walk in, the Burrage Mansion is stunning. The steps leading up to the home and the beautifully preserved historic house immediately set the tone. The property owner generously hosts events here, and one of the annual events is a Christmas celebration for elementary school kids. He opens up the entire estate for the children to enjoy crafts, a magic show, bounce houses, and even a visit with Santa Claus. There are also two rooms filled with presents where each child gets to choose a gift, which was incredibly special to see. It was such a thoughtful, joyful, and memorable experience for everyone involved. I'm not sure what other events are hosted here, but based on this experience alone, the Burrage Mansion absolutely deserves five stars.

The moment I locked eyes with the beautiful symmetry and architecture of the World's largest paper cup, all of my fears and issues evaporated. Evaporated like the hot steam rising from your morning cup of joe. Evaporated like the steam of hot water hitting your cold-riddled body. I felt rejuvenated, invigorated and simply snatched. I advise anyone with eyes to bestow them upon such beauty.

Very unassuming place. It's a little hidden gem comprised of many nostalgic toys and random McDs themed things that were donated by locals and around the world! Seeing personally owned items was really neat to see. I even saw a set of ties a prior manager donated throughout his tenure at McDs. There is a penny souvenir machine at the front door. My kids both got one. I do wish they did a better job at preserving the "rides" outside. I do however understand the lack of space inside.

It was great to see all the love birds and everyone else showcasing their love locks. Thanks for sharing with the world. There was quite a variety of unique and interesting locks. I took photos of some locks that resonated with me either by their style and/or what was carved on them. I personally didn't leave a lock on the day of my visit. I may have to return here with a lock of my own and leave it for all to enjoy. I have to go shopping for a lock now. Such a neat spot for a quick photo op and a short stroll around the cool locks! If you haven't been here before or have, but didn't leave a lock, swing on by and leave your love lock!

Anyone can bring their personal locks to this monument and add to the many others who have their memories in place. A nice addition to downtown with positive vibes that will leave a smile on your face. Fun facts: "Symbolizes an unbreakable bond between couples, love for friends and family, and hope for those who need it." Rico Alderette, the artist who designed and fabricated the monument stated "cor-ten steel is made to stand strong and looks better over the tests of time, just like love!"
