Called at the end of the day and was told they didn't get to it. Waited another day called after day 2 and was told they hoped that they would get to it the next day. Called noon the next day and they said maybe by the weekend. Out of holidays had to pick it up unserviced. If I knew it wasn't going to get fixed I would have kept it and rode it over my holidays. No apology, no explanation. My hubby bought his bike there but I can guarantee that's the last time we'll be dealing with them. Apparently booking an appointment means nothing.

Next was troling motor not working and they main motor making a bad vibration. Then the boat was taking on water. Droped off with them to get fixed and was there for most of the summer so we had to cancel our holidays we planned. At one point i was in there to see how they are making out and was told that they are putting together the owners boat witch will take the rest of the week, and as long as nobody comes in with a boat to get fixed we sould be able to look at it maybe next week. As much to say that we are last priority. At one point I was in there and the lower leg was taken apart and lying spred out on a work bench and was waiting to see if mercury was going to send a new lowere leg. In the end they just put it back together and said its ok. So I got it back in late fall and still had not fixed the leak. Took it in this year to get a part put on front live well that was on back order from last year. after this was fixed we went on a fishing trip and needless to say we are still taking on water. Also trolling motor stopped working again. found out by tring to fix trolling motor that the batt charger was not bolted down it was under a pannel just bouncing around. when I called Ffun about problems they said that this leak is a new problem and could look at it in maybe two weeks and there is a good chance they would have to strip boat down to fix it and i would probally not want it back after that. I do not believe this was a new leak, it was never fixed!!!!! so i decided to take it to anouther dealer for anouther opinion and nothing against this other dealer they told me it might be 6 weeks till they can look at it because they are all booked up. Looks like another summer with out our brand new boat. Wy did not someone from Ffun step up to the plate and say give it back to us and we are going to fix this one way or anouther immediatly not in 2 weeks!!!!!!!

This auto company is a place you should run away from. Bought a headlamp from this guys and he…read moreliterally sold a defective one to me at double the price original used OEM sold in the market. Visited the office to get replacement or cash return, he wouldn't accept any. told me it was 30 days return but my receipt shows otherwise and no written 30 days warranty. I spent additional funds to buy a new headlamp, plus the previous mechanic cost that found out the defective lamp, and cost for new installation plus several bulbs procured trying to find solution. Now I have defective lamp in my garage that I cannot sell or use and I even pleaded for half my payment, this dude rejected all. Ripping people off their hard earn cash is unprofessional and this company must face the consequences. Immigrants given opportunity in Canada should not take advantage of the liberal people in Saskatoon and try to swindle at any cost. A sold defective part should be returned and warranty must be clearly spelt out on the sales invoice and not mislead the people. I will be reporting the business to relevant authorities as equity is important to sustain this business. Illicit practice is unacceptable regardless of the nature of your business especially if a Country has given you an opportunity to thrive...I will extend this conversation to reddit, Facebook and other relevant Bloggs. same experiences have bn reported by people as shown in the comment section.

I was looking for a 2006 ford subframe. They pulled out a 2010 subframe. And sold it to me. I went…read moreto put it into the 2006 Ford. My mechanic says it wouldn't fit. I called him back said you gave me the wrong subframe and I want a refund. They said it's been over 30 days we can't give your a refund. I said you sold me the wrong part that turned out to cost me an extra $500 when the mechanic took out the subframe. He had to put it back in the vehicle. So he could get it off his hoist. The transmission sits on the subframe. These guys are in a process of a lawsuit right now. Do not by your parts from these guys. These guys are a total joke. They will not be in business in the next few years.
