We laughed hysterically. Had a sudden torrential downpour of rain fall on us. It lasted maybe 2 minutes. Played the entire course with no more issues and most of the slow pokes ahead of us seemed to move on or skipped ahead. There were hardly any flags placed in the holes. Do folks not know what to do? The youngsters running the place on 6.20.2025 were nice and respectful. The main downfall for me were the lone women's restroom - they just weren't all that clean and needed remodeling.

Right off we noticed, this one is about a quarter size of the one in New Braunfels. There are only a few bigger water rides and their Lazy River - winds around the park, is not that big. There is a decent sized area for the kids to play in but other than that - this location is not that impressive at all and really not worth the entrance price. There is not much in the way of food choices here either which was a disappointment as well. What we did like about this location is that the staff is extremely nice, everyone we spoke to or had interactions with were knowledgeable as well as helpful. The lockers are decent as well But all in all, I believe we will continue to make the Shlitterbahn in New Braunfels our "Go To" water park destination.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that my boat didn't work for the whole duration of play. (YASSSS!!!) I believe Anthony is the owner and I spoke to Logan an employee and they provided everything I needed and more. We had a sudden family emergency happen that we have to attend and we adjusted the time with no problem. Logan fixed it within two phone calls and less than 20 mins. However, things became unaligned and unfortunately we had to just cancel it as a whole. With that being said not only did Anthony completely refund the money he did it quickly and with so much understanding that it made me feel bad for canceling. He understood that family comes first and also assured me it was not an issue and would stay on top of my refund. Nowadays many places lack customer service and just being kind to one another as a human PERIOD. I hope to be able to bring my kids here just for that reason and I am happy that I have a place to look forward to bring my kids in this area. Thanks so much!!! When the fish weren't showing up, he kept us moving to try different areas. So, we got a nice tour of Lagunda Madre too. Lots of dolphins both day. Got some great video of three jumping along the boat in tandem. All kinds of birds. A few stingrays were caught we got a close up look at them. So, even if you have someone who doesn't fish they can go as an observer, see lots of wildlife and enjoy the day. Had fun both days and would definitely recommend them.
