They kept telling each other things like "we're only here for 2 hours, then we're gone" with me standing right there. After they were "done" loading the truck after 3 1/2 hours, the back half of the truck was poorly packed, not even to half the height of the truck, so we had to rent an additional U-Haul to move the rest of our stuff, which is a first. They put boxes clearly marked as heavy on top of fragile boxes, and some of our belongings were destroyed. I tried to make this right ever since the move, but they have been useless. Now the owner, Ricky, has completely ghosted me and is avoiding my calls. Pitiful experience.

From misquotes to missed deadlines and then NO communication. John clarified the quotes they emailed to me and we agreed on a price and scope of work. NOW Brian says they would lose money if the honors John's word. John made the site survey. John owns the company. Brian threw John under the bus. Great employee.
