I'm HUGE into making delicious and healthy vegetables juice in the morning, but after having my Ninja (for what must be close to a decade) I figured that it may be time to have it sharpened... So I find Tyler at the local neighborhood market at Ventura College last weekend, bring my very unique blade setup (see photo), and ask if he can sharpen. He said, "no problem give me 15 minutes." ...which I do easily considering there must have been over 50 vendors! When I came back, Tyler had it all ready. MY JUICING IS NOW A MILLION TIMES BETTER THAN IT WAS BEFORE I WAS BLESSED TO FIND TYLER! I just don't understand why their customer service couldn't respond to my inquiries telling me that they were backed up. That would have alleviated a lot of anxiety for myself and the many others who were in the same situation. Five stars for the quality, one star for customer service. I paid about $60 for the 4 knives plus I got one free serrated knife. I think that is a fair deal.
