He was called to fix a gas leak in the oven that probably came with the house and a newer dishwasher. He dove right in, worked quickly and had a diagnosis for both and a quote very quickly. Chose Tom because of his reviews. Washer needed to have stabilizers replaced. He ordered them and within 2 days came back to replace. We loaded the washer to the correct amount of clothes and after he left had the same issue. When I called he said he could take apart and tighten drum or I should get new washer. Got new washer and he said he was sent wrong washer part and he wouldn't charge for second visit. Wouldn't you make correct part received b4 installing. Then tell me afterwards there is problem with the different part after I paid him in full. They said they will order the part but never did until I called them back. When he discovered the problem, he called local stores only to find out the part he needed would not be available for a week. Power surge caused my Bosch refrigerator computer control boards to fry. I found him on Yelp, contacted him and he immediately responded. He came to my house a few hours later and did everything he could to help solve the problem. He spent extra time on his own to locate the control boards that no one, including Bosch, can provide.
