We called today because our dryer drum wasn't rotating. We were able to get an appointment within a few hours. It turned out there wasn't anything major wrong; however, the repair person stayed and ran a few tests to ensure that the dryer was in complete working order. He also took a look at our refrigerator, since we had a few questions about it needing service and submitted a work order. We are very pleased with the service we get from Frank & Sons and we feel the service fee is well worth the cost.
