I immediately asked for an accounting of our original retainer fee and felt his charges were not only false but unethical as well. Mr. Wolff was asked to return at least half of our original retainer, as we felt that was all that was owed and he refused. As a concerned consumer, I would advise any one that agrees to a retainer agreement with Mr Wolff to get a DAILY accounting from his office to ensure that no over charging is done.
