If you order something thin sliced or God forbid shaved, you will get what is considered a sandwich cut and maybe a thin cut if you're lucky that day. Great deals if you plan to cook them right away. Same for their discount breads. They also carry some bulk items I like, such as dates and almonds. And their eggs are local, taste great, and are fairly priced for free range chicken eggs. I try to only buy eggs here. Add to this some fun splurge items like Liberty Kitchen tomato pie and Tsiona injera chips (I can't stop eating them!), and Riverwards is still my favorite.
