I had downloaded the app and knew you could order ahead - this is such a great option, but I did order in person the first time! I like ordering ahead because you get alerts about when it's going be ready plus it makes it very easy to customize. Their entire menu is online including specials. I also like that they have "happy hour" and it's $1 off. I literally love their coffee and honestly would get it everyday if I lived close.

Color is good, smells fresh, it just tastes too much like mayo. The egg yolks seemed to be missing from the salad as well. That might have been due to over stirring. But yeh. The most frustrating thing is the constant presence of expired products on the shelves. You have to be extremely vigilant when checking the dates on everything you buy. The produce section is a joke--rotten produce is everywhere, and gnats are crawling all over the place. It's a nightmare to find fresh meat that hasn't expired the day before. And here's the kicker: despite the pictures showing no registers open on a Sunday morning at 8:30 am. It's all self-checkout, and the line is so long that it's impossible to scan items without the register sending an alert. I had a full cart, and it was a nightmare trying to scan each item individually without an employee to assist me. Meanwhile you have 25+ employees around the store fulfilling online pickup orders, two employees filling the lottery machine, and no one in customer service. How do you operate a grocery store with checkout lanes closed on the busiest day of the week on a Sunday at 8:30am? I ended up going to ShopRite down the road because Giant either didn't have the item I was looking for or the product was expired.
