At this point, I genuinely have to ask -- are you rebuilding engines or just doing an oil change? Because this definitely isn't the quick, convenient service that's being promoted. If customers are going to wait this long, expectations need to be set honestly instead of advertising speed that clearly isn't happening. So I came to Midas after spending almost $50 for an oil change at Mobile 1 and they were able to get it checked for me. Should have done it here at Midas from the beginning. Never again will I take any of my vehicles to Mobile 1.
