I don't usually write reviews but when it comes to people needing help at this ignorant place it doesn't happen. Me and my boyfriend went here a few days ago after buying a new truck. we went in got gas and food we get back out to the truck and it won't start we are stuck at the pump‍ oh and to make it worse the owner of the place had one of the employees come out saying "either move this thing or we are going to move it for you" luckily an old dude came out to help. the staff talk shit about each other and cuss at customers both staff cussed at me in one day (mind you I don't care its this day in age but coming here wasn't a greeting at all.) the kitchen still sells there overcooked food. I bought jalepeno bites just to realize there's nothing in the middle of them because they were so overcooked. this place is just sad. Red definitely wouldn't be happy to see how this place turned out. read more

The kitchen staff is super nice. Food is mostly fried but good. I get the shrimp a lot and usually has extra shrimp and cocktail sauce. I really like the garlic poppers which is deep fried bread (not a diet place) with garlic, seasonings, and Parmesan. Pizza is very good but I don't get the pizza as often. read more

This place used to be a good place to get good pizza but now they have a driver that has neck tattoos that constantly raises prices after you make an order and is always drunk every time you make an order he has fallen out of his vehicle several times.trying to deliver our order. We ordered our food and asked our price and when this drunk brought our order it was always 10.00 more then he demanded a tip as well. I will always talk people out of going there. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the cashier was kind. I went to this store today to get a 20lb propane tank filled with my mom. I went and paid and they paged a person to fill the tank. When he went out to fill the tank I got out of the car and stood outside. He was like. "You don't need to get out of the car for me. I prefer peace and quiet." This was after I asked him how he was doing. A few days back my mom had the same guy and asked him politely to help her get the tank in and out of the trunk. He was like why did you come here if you can't do it on your own? I will continue to go there and get my tanks filled, simply for the fact they are the cheapest in the area for propane refills. All I can say is I hope that he has a blessed life and hopefully I won't have to deal with him anymore. read more

They put parmesan cheese on every pizza. Its not listed as an ingredient, so how can uou request no parmesan. Anyway, just ordered a pizza with no parmesan, says on the receit. They put parmesan in it. GROSS Plus I gave about 5 bucks more for a tip. read more

I never even consider writing a review, but this experience drove me to it. This place used to have the best pizza anywhere ever. Then "Red" passed away, they fired the woman who made their pizzas, and now, quite honestly, I will never order pizza from there again. They've gone totally cheap on toppings. I mean, I don't expect piled high and deep, but come on... at least put enough on to say so. AND, both pizzas were burnt all to Hell. It had been a while since we'd ordered from here, because the last time we weren't impressed either, but we were hoping maybe that was just a bad day. Nope. I'm amazed anybody orders their crap any more. This makes me sad, because, like I said, this was our favorite pizza ever, and they've just ruined it. I stopped at this store for the first time ever, looking for food to feed a crew helping a friend move into the neighborhood. What great service! The woman working at the food counter made us four of their most popular 12-inch sandwiches, cut them into thirds and labeled them all for me. She put the condiments on the side and packed them expertly so I could carry them out in the seat of my walker. All this for under $25! The subs were delicious and a big git with everyone! Meanwhile as I waited for my order, I perused the coolers and wine shelves. An amazing array of specialty beers and Michigan wines! I dont know how often our friend will be stopping in there but I expect I will be dropping in every time I visit Farwell! read more

We order from Reds Oakridge several times a month. The pizza is absolutely fantastic and is one of the best in the area. The reason I will only give 3 stars is this.... On the few occasions that something has been messed up, they haven't fixed it. They dont admit the mess up. Out of the 30 plus times we've ordered , we have had 4 mess ups. Not many, I know. When you are spending $40-$80 an order, it becomes a big deal. We have a large family. When you attempt to call them out on the mess up they get mad at you. They say they are sorry and really want to end it with just that. As a customer who is paying good money for a product that I intend to consume, I am not okay with I am sorry. First mess up... Delivery boy should up missing over half our order. Even took what he had brought to us back with him to get the remaining order. They didnt plan on fixing it other than him going back and getting what he forgot. Once he returned our order was cold and not appealing. Their answer "we'll give you $5 towards your next order ". That particularly order was over $60. Next mess up... We look up the menu online. Order a special pizza. Does not show up as ordered. Missing toppings that were requested and had an extra topping that menu didnt say would be on there. Called and we were told that the online menu is not up to date. As far as the extra topping ordered... Gave us our $1 back. But at this point its a pizza no one in our house will eat due to there being a topping that the menu didnt state was on there, on there, and no one in our family likes. Complete waste of money. Then to add insult to that (lady on the phone argued with my huaband) we picked up a paper menu to have at home to make sure this didnt happen again AND the paper menu is the same as online! No one has been able to explain what the mix up was !! As far as the others orders messed up , it comes down to missing items and requesting things be well done and it hardly ever is. We live in the country. Going out to eat is not something that is done lightly due to the drive. Reds Is the ONLY place that deliveres. Its approximately 10-15 minutes drive. We love the place when or order is done correctly. And its not like we are requesting absurd stuff. Particular toppings and well done food. Thats it. All we are asking is that they take responsibility for the mess ups. Their pizza is not cheap. We are willing to pay and have spent a lot of money at this establishment. We just ask for accountability. If you mess up , make it right. Dont make us the bad guy for the mess up. Make it right! With the last order being a money waste for us, we will be trying someplace else for a while for our pizza. read more
