I kept emailing and calling, they kept putting me off, the "customer service" BS artist kept blaming "our back-end team" who had responsibility for ordering the parts. I found the part online myself in approximately fifteen seconds. In late June 2024 month after the last time they said they were "contacting Schwinn" for the parts and over six months after I first contacted them, I demanded a refund, they refused, and I told them I was done. I am now contemplating legal action for fraud. Do not engage this company unless you want to lose your money.
