When I drove to the address on the letterhead of the bill to pay it, it turned out to be a residential address and nobody was home. This struck me as unprofessional. When I called to get some clarification, he made it out like I was the stupid one for...I don't know...trying to actually pay my bill? After winter, I called three separate times to have them come back over and help with an issue. Each time, they promised they would, but they never showed up. I ended up having to go with someone else even though this is a Rain Tree system. They have lost my business for good and I would recommend using someone else to start out with.
