The Administrators were easy to work with and the staff is not only well-educated, but CARING! We have three children, our youngest has spent his entire life attending Choice from the infant room all the way to the PreSchool room (where he is currently enrolled). What I love the most about Choice is MORE than just it's amazing location (easy on and off the highway) but how accommodating the school has been to our growing family and our changing scheduling needs. We have since left Madison and while we could have easily selected a new PreSchool in our new town, we opted to keep our youngest attending Choice for his PreSchool career. He asks for the administrator BY NAME to join him in playtime each day. That says something about the care he receives there. If you're looking for a childcare center that will LOVE and teach your child like only family can; than Choice Childcare is the CHOICE for you. It certainly is for us and for every one we know!

Two infant rooms; two toddler rooms; a pre-k room and a school age room. Snacks and hot lunch are served and included. There is always a caring hand there to help out. Owner Tonja on more that one occasion has saved our collective hides by making room for a new baby or giving the sad little one a little more love. It's not a chain; thats what we like about it. The only con I can think of is parking; it can get tight during the busy times.

I cannot believe how fast time goes by! I can honestly say that we think of "school" as an extension of our family -- my husband and I could not be more pleased with our son's development, the care/love he receives on a daily basis and with the administration of the school. All of his teachers have been loving, nurturing and VERY accommodating to all of us. They truly address all of his needs (and our needs as parents) with a unique approach -- they get that HE is OUR world and we appreciate that! Class sizes are smaller than other daycares that we visited and considered; which is really important to us, as it allows the children to have as much focused time as possible and allows the staff to really get to know each child. Their curriculum is constantly changing and we are always amazed at the things that our son learns and shares with us -- he had learned sign language several months ago and we needed to learn it as well to keep up with him and communicate! Any concerns or questions that we have ever had have always been addressed and acknowledged -- we are first time parents and have LOTS of questions all the time! We've also had some unique needs and requests from diet to diaper changes, and they have always honored and supported us without question. Additionally, there are a ton of activities that you can choose to enroll your child in, through Goddard -- like soccer and gymnastics. Being a working mom/dad, it is important to us that our son gets this exposure and it is so nice that he can get this during the day while at school vs. trying to rush in the evenings and weekends to squeeze it all in. These activities are at an additional nominal cost, that is well worth it to us. We could not be more pleased with our decision to enroll him at the Concord location (when I was just 12 weeks pregnant!) and plan on keeping our son at Goddard to continue his education until he is ready for 1st grade. The entire staff and owner of the school are amazing, and I would highly recommend that you consider the Concord Goddard School and that you enroll your child here!

Kindercare North Mentor was a great facility. Lisa, the administrator, was very professional and knowledgeable about her field. She was well organized in scheduling a tour for us and acquainting us with what to expect from this facility. We visited the infant room twice. It is probably the smallest play are of the all the ones we saw on our search. The first day we visited, there were 10 children and it was a little chaotic. Some of the enrolled toddlers were very much climbers and were climbing all over my son's car seat and diaper bag during the visit. The two caregivers that day, though very good at what they do, seemed to be having a slightly hard time keeping an eye on everyone. They relayed to me that they had two additional children that they usually wouldn't because of a change in their parents' work schedules. The second day my husband and I visited was much quieter. There were only 6 children and it seemed much more manageable. One of the caregivers was there both days, I regret that I forget her name, but she is a wonderful teacher, able to redirect children when they would go to climb on things explaining that the behavior was not safe and giving them something better with which to play/interact. Not withstanding, we would have chosen this facility, except, of the children enrolled in our son's age group, there was only one that was not mobile while the others were very active. We found a different facility that had more non-mobile infants in the ratio which we found we were more comfortable with in that there would be less children possibly climbing about our little one. It was not necessarily a better center just a better fit for us. I would recommend this facility to my friends or consider it for our future children.

Left in there by a parent. They swap out new teachers every month. Which affects your child and their relationship. The director is extremely dismissive. They do not follow the parent handbook. The Director is very unwilling to work with the child and families unable to keep staff. When my child started to respond to the change with each new staff memeber'S each month they were unable to identify and help with my child and their needs and meet those need in which i feel is a basic requirement for childcare professionals. What would have been helpful is more partnership and more consideration for my child's emotional well being. Teachers make all the difference and the leadership and admissions team at this facility doesn't seem to be aware of the impact a poorly placed teacher and even director can have on the student. I have never been so disrespected and dismissed as a Certified Professional Governess before in my entire career. I was discouraged and almost reprimanded for requiring I get reimbursed for health insurance (for a full time position). That is disgusting, all full-time employees are deserved health care benefits, especially a professional proving a luxury service; being a nanny! They were hoping I would just accept anything offered or not offered to me so they could greedily collect their monetary compensation for the placement. I was also told that I should not be negotiating my salary, and I quote, "we do all of the negotiating with the families, you are not the one paying for this service".... Could you imagine. And to this I replied, "without the nannies you would have no service to provide". I have never had an agency try to push so hard Nannies also taking the role of household maid and professional chef. I made it very clear that I am a professional (I have years of nannying experience, have a bachelors in English Education, and went to a nanny school to become a certified professional governess) and will not be subjected to scrubbing the floors, when my focus and background has prepared me for the educating and nurturing of the child. (Of course I always perform any child related cleaning task and make meals for the children). I could keep going. I luckily was able to advocate for myself to this agency and demand my rightful compensation and found a family who after interviewing with me- was made aware of what I am able to provide for their children and hired me. I fear for the nannies who are not as strong and will be taken advantage of. Overall, this agency doesn't care for children, because if they did- they would want to ensure that every family is placed with the best, most skilled, professional nanny that is respected and compensated for in a professional manner.

I interviewed and was offered a position with the company as a nanny. In corresponding with the recruiters/hiring staff they were so disrespectful and rude. They expect you to bend over backwards for them and to respond to their texts/calls within 10 minutes. Meanwhile they take their good old time in responding back to my questions/concerns...if they respond at all. Would not recommend this company to either Nannies looking for employment or to families looking for care. They suck!!!
